I have owned many sets of Corsair Ram, usually with great results. I upgraded from 16gb of Vengeance, to 32gb, to boost performance in my machine, and keep me future proof, for awhile at least. These are doing the job well, no BSOD's so far. and my system is certainly speedy. (although much of the speed gained, may be the SSD upgrades I made as well).Back in the early days, Ram was everything, and you payed for it. Now, with better processing, multi-cores, lightening fast FSB, and the price of Ram at such affordable rates, there is really no reason not to buy this Ram. It is such an easy, affordable, upgrade, and with todays super easy BIOS interface, setting the power, timing, latency, ect.,it is super easy to run at, or above the speeds that are native to the Ram.Ten years ago, this much ram, first, would never have fit into any board, but if it did, would have cost thousands of dollars to buy. With the price of Ram this low, there is no reason not to get the most out of your system that you can, with regards to Ram.Other options are still pricey, compared to Ram, so this is a no brainer upgrade for most people on a budget, and of course, running a 64 bit OS, that can access this much memory. If you are running 32 bit, you already know that you are limited to less that 4 gb of Ram, so don't bother. There are third party add-on's to 32bit OS's, which allow access to more Ram, but I don't know how effective and stable they are. Also, there is not a whole lot of software that utilizes this much Ram, but better to have it, and not need it, than need it, and not have it, especially at these prices.

I was a little worried when I first purchased these chips - I don't have quad channel memory capabilities (sadly, lol) but I do have support for up to 32G of dual channel RAM in my machine and needed more to run more VM's during the day - finding 32G dual channel specific was more expensive than these (by a lot) so I rolled the dice. I had 16G of dual channel Corsair Vengeance, and I went to their website and, yes, in smaller print it does say this RAM can be supported in dual channel systems - so really I'm just here to assure anyone else that it does, indeed, work and work well in my AMD 8120 FX based board with dual channel memory capability. Great RAM,always top quality and takes being overclocked too!

My older machine has been experiencing instabilities, and this new kit of RAM certainly has brought a lot more stability, even though my PC crashes now and then, it is doing so much less frequently... which means the older ram kit, which was half the capacity, was probably part of the reason why my machine was not so stable, so I know that this kit is a good kit, stable, and very affordable indeed - and I'd reckon, that this new kit is going to keep my almost decade old CPU/Mobo combo running for a couple years more and hold out for as long as possible before I have to upgrade.

I have experience with this brand and I like its relative ruggedness & insensitivity to temperature.Since I run my computer 24/7 and worry about heat throughout the computer while running (3) Berkeley Open Infrastructure for Network Computing (BOINC) astronomy projects. It's proved to be more than enough memory (16 GB per cpu) to handle the task. Modules run slightly warm to the touch and measures 7.9 on the Microsoft Windows performance scale after several weeks of continuous running.

I really dont know much about memory and performances of others out there and yes there is a lot to choose from. I bought these for my 1st PC gaming rig and I just decided to go all out. 32gb for gaming is really a lot but at the price for it I just went along and got it. Since install, Ive never had any problems associated with it. So yea if you dont mind having extra power( you dont need it unless you are doing photo/editing) and got some funds to spend, this is a good choice.

At £126.90 I knew this was a win-win for me.I've always tried to get as much system memory as my mobo would allow and this performance memory met my needs. It was a great price for this amount of performance RAM and I was not disappointed. It's now much pricier and I probably would have not have purchased this at the new price point, so I'm v happy that I had made this purchase when I did.Prompt delivery and product is as described.

Amazing value for the performance. The ONLY reason I have to knock of a star is more my system then the RAM itself. The ram is Large sized for ram, and WILL take some finagling to get them to seat properly. Because of the size and the heat sink, this can be a time consuming and/or painful process. The ram however has worked beautifully for over 24 hours, I am satisfied with my purchase!

Chose it because I wanted high performance memory for gaming. I also wanted to upgrade my new build to 32 GB od ram. Corsair matches all their Ram so it works well together. In a review, I saw that when one person had a problem with one stick of the Ram, they suggested that it would be best if they replaced all of the sticks. I thought that was an excellent suggestion on their part.

I bought this as 1600MHz RAM but my system recognises this as 1333MHz; checking with the Corsair site it correctly states 1333MHz but is tested to work at 1600MHZ - very misleading!!Bios can be adjusted to set the memory clock speed 1600MHzCorsair Spec:Speed Rating: PC3-12800 (1600MHz)SPD Speed: 1333MHzTested Speed: 1600MhzTested Latency: 10-10-10-27SPD Latency 9-9-9-24

I wanted to max out a new HP Desktop I had purchsed with a I7 processor. I was going to be doing a lot of video editing. When buying the computer from HP it would have cost me $400 for this much memory. This is an amazing deal and it works perfectly, very fast. Just plug it in and the computer recognizes it and it's ready to go.

It's memory. Installed it. Booted PC. Tinkered in BIOS slightly. It worked. Pretty simple/basic.In theory I suppose that this should be another 1/5 rating type of product, i.e. 1 for phail, 5 for it works, but in this case while I like I'm knocking it for not quite being the lowest latency, etc. and that's how I'm calling this.

Wow... 32GB. Ran memtest86+. 19,084 MB/s. No errors. Windows 8 CP experience index score of 8.9. It runs at 1600MHz, which is quite a bit better than my old DDR3 which could only run at 1066MHz. This is actually pretty reasonably priced if you compare it to memory prices just 3 years ago. I ordered this directly from Amazon.

I looked this product up for compatibility on Corsair's website. Amazon offered the best price compared to tigerdirect and newegg.I'm running an i7-3930k 6-core processor with liquid cooling.32gigs of ramGTX TitanSandy Bridge p9x79 deluxe motherboardOblivion 690 corsair case2 tb 6/s hard drive

Came on time and worked without a glitch. I have not done a memtest yet but it seems to not have one faulty stick, with is an achievement in itself. The performance of my computer from my old 32gb ram to this is like night and day! It really is a must buy if you are looking for that kind of power.

Bill Gates once stated, "No one should need more than 256K of memory." Boy! Was he off the mark! I will be going for the max of 64GB of memory on the newly acquired motherboard. Along with an SSD, this should do the trick of high-speed image making with Photoshop and NIK Software.
