Initially ordered this product through Amazon from Kikatek, it being the cheapest for me at the time. Speedy delivery, with adequate packaging.Installing the sticks was a bit of trouble as the heat spreaders get in the way of where you want to push down, and I didn't really want to apply too much pressure to the sides. They eventually went in, but I had to push the very corners to avoid any kind of damage.Computer running Windows 7, Asus P6X58D-E mobo, i7 950 CPU started up fine with the new RAM. As you should always do, I then ran Memtest86 to test the RAM for errors. After an hour, however, there was a huge list of errors that was constantly being added to (I had gone away while it was running the test).I rebooted and ran the test again. Sure enough it errored again. Even though the computer appeared to be working fine, those errors could hit me in something I am doing 3 years from now, which is bad.I decided to remove the sticks and test them one at a time in the same slot to determine the cause of the error. The first two sticks I tested ran fine for about 4 passes, but the third stick did not even make it through 1 pass and had the multiple errors. So I contacted Kikatek about the problem and got a quick reply without fuss asking me to return the product. Sadly it wasn't a free delivery, but I was kept up to date on the progress of them receiving the item, and dispatching the replacement. As I had also moved address in the time that this occurred, I asked them to send it to my new address and they did so swiftly.Upon receiving the replacement, I tested it and it ran fine through about 4 passes, so I concluded it to be error-free. I have now been using it for a few weeks and it works fine.To conclude, I rate the product at 4* because although, it works now, it was faulty so the consistency could be better. I rate the seller, Kikatek, at 5* though because of their good service.

They say that 24Gb is as high as an x58 can go, but you should never do it because if you try to fill two banks you'll get stability problems.I have an Asus P6X58D Premium with (currently) 18 Gigs of RAM. I have this set of 12 in one bank, and another bank of 3x2 for the 6 gigs in the other bank.Because it's 1600 RAM, I can overclock my CPU, so the DRAM is currently running at 1433MHz quite stably, which gives me an almost 40% overclock on the CPU. I've ramped up the core volts and DRAM volts slightly to bed in the stability, and it's all running fine. These are darn good DRAMs! They have high heat spreading fins, but they're pretty slim, so they fit neatly between the other 3 which are Corsair XMS3's,a bog standard line that they do. So I can confirm that the dominators and standard RAMs work together nicely, no glitches at all. In mem tests, they do very well, even on this ageing rig!Fitting them is simple, they're well engineered and snap straight into the sockets with no force, and because of the high heat spreaders you can keep your fingers well away from the mobo when you're slotting them in.Five stars! Awesome :)

I had 12GB of Corsair Dominaror ram already installed and wanted to max out the motherboard with 24GB. Unfortunately I couldn't find a matching 12GB set so had to sell off those and buy a new 2 pack (24GB) of this Vengeance ram. Installation was quick and easy, and luckily I didn't have any clearance issues with the sticks near the cpu heatsink which is quite large. (Ran a memtest without any problems also).Overall, this is a relatively cheap way to extend the life of an older system. The only slight nitpick is that the fins are plastic as opposed to my old metal fins in the Dominator variety but really, who cares? It's not like I'm ever going to see this ram again until cleaning the PC and I'm not into see through cases etc.Very happy with the upgrade and the PC isn't groaning doing video work now.

I was very pleased with this item. Three sticks of RAM. Lots of space. For my work I do a lot of grinding data in R, which holds everything in RAM and I was always running out. I stuck these babies in, and it's no longer a problem. One caveat: the heat spreaders are a little on the tall side. My video card heat sink (passive, and admittedly large) prevented me from loading these into the three slots that I would have liked to use. Luckily I have 6 slots total. I put my old RAM close to the video card and these farther away.I suppose I could have removed the heat sinks if I really needed to. Anyway...something to be aware of. Probably similar to other brands that come with heat sinks.

Delivery was surprisingly, amazingly fast. I didn't expect it to arrive in 5 days to be honest. You know we got used to wait a quite long for our abroad purchasing here in Russia due to our weird Post work. It usually takes a month or more to get something delivered. And I was nicely surprised to get my package in 5(five !) days in December. This is great. I'm sure It'll be more orders from me to Amazon! I love their service.Regarding the good itself:This is a great, stable memory from well known company.Memory is in perfect condition. I left the memory86 test running for an entire day. There was not any single error.I'm happy with it.Thank you

Corsair, being one of the top manufacturers of memory and flash products, has a real winner with this set! Tooling around with VM Workstation, continuously running multiple applications, and 15 IE tabs, a 12GB upgrade was on the warranted and on the menu . The fact that these sticks run at the specified 1.5 volts was a plus (more efficiency, less heat + more) that caught my eye. They also have XMP profiles built in, so when I am feeling froggy, I can crank everything up, and get them well past their 1600Mhz rating. With a price that is very fair, a solid look and feel, and the Corsair name - this was a win-win-win.

Had a few issues getting it to be stable....computer kept crashing but it turns out that it was the combination of the x58 platform of my board, not being naturally predisposed to handling 12GB of ram much less at 1600mhz , although documentation says otherwise got some help the get the bios configured to support it better and it is stable now.So despite the issues that took a while to clear up I gave it four stars, yessssss......even though my issues had more to do with my hardware than the product itself.........got to take something out for pain and suffering :)

With prices where they are, there was no excuse not to give my Intel i7 930 a little more room to play in. This was the recommended brand and type used by the Tech Review (TR) folks in their sweet spot system built, and you can hardly go wrong with Corsair anyway. They arrived indidually packed and I am happy to say, were available not just in twin packs, with my scrambling to buy a single module but as triple packs. What can I say? They're installed in my ASUS X58 Sabertooth motherboard, they fit, they run. No problems noted.

I was looking for fast 1600MHz memory that was stable and inexpensive. These Corsair's are perfect. Not only do they have an excellent track record with almost zero failures, but they can achieve their rated speed with perfect stability. I popped them in and immediately began running smoothly. I had it running with an XMP profile. I would definitely purchase these again and might add 12GB more in the near future because I am so happy with this purchase.Corsair definitely has a winner with these memory modules.

This is awesome ram. I have it running on a Gigabyte EX58-UDR3R with 0 problems. I am able to run at 1600 @ 9 9 9 24 1t with 1.5v. Some reviews show this ram to function up to around 2000Mhz with more voltage. But I'm happy where it's at now. WEI shows it as a 7.8 for the ram but that's just a number, but a good one! This is certainly not low-profile memory, so make sure of your dimensions before you purchase for your computer. If you have a large CPU cooler it might not fit. Truly plug and play for me.

Works great in a Gigabyte mother board think it is: GIGABYTE GA-X58A-UD3R LGA 1366 Intel X58 USB 3.0 ATX Intel MotherboardGetting harder to find triple channel memory, this is fitted and working fine tested using Memtest too.I did have to remove fan on CPU tower cooler and change it to the other side of cooler in an air pull rather than push configuration which is not generally as good but CPU is still running cool so no problem.Only wish I had bought 24GB now!

It's good ram. I replaced 6 gigs of ram running at 1333 with this kit. My motherboard is an ASUS p6t deluxe ver.2. You need to configure the Bios to an XMP profile in order for it to take advantage of the 1600 MHz speed. Once that was done, which is very easy to do, windows takes over and it should run without any problems. With this new ram, my pc runs much faster and it takes advantage of the triple channel architecture of the I7 920. I noticed a big difference.

Quality RAM that hasn't let me down once in my much loved +5yr old i7 rigI actually have 24gb (2 kits of 3x4gb) now and have no stability issues, XMP profile loaded no issues and away I went with my upgrade within 10min.Only thing to note is due to the high head spreaders, it may either clash with CPU cooler, or in the case of my noctua unit, require some minor disassembly of the cooler before being able to finish installation.Minor issue!
