We bought this to go camping in France- we had it over our dining table, to keep off the sun and (as it happened) the rain. We also got the optional side walls, one with a door, and the groundsheet (though we didn't use that in the end).Relatively easy to put up, though it's not in its proper form until pegged out and you might think the headroom was a little low.One thing I'd say to Coleman- please offer an optional sidewall with mesh, to keep out insects of an evening- that would make it perfect.

A very good shalter but instructions on how to errect it was very poor.I had to read the previews from others who had purchased the product to learn from their advice on how to errect it. A proper booklet from Colemans would have been really helpful.A little bit too expensive... buying the side panels really bumped up the price.I haven't used the shalter yet, but have finally managed to learn how to errect it and it looks good.

Love this product .I now have two side panels.So easy to attach. Perfect for blocking on coming Wind and for making the shelter cosy for evening camping.Had or shelter for two years already. best buy we've made. we've the 3.6x3.6 fits all our kitchen/table and chairs in with plenty of space for 10 people if it's raining.makes camping comfortable in all weather's. We love it.

A brilliant shelter, put up in my garden to waterproof it as some of the reviews hinted it was only showerproof, as I was finishing, found that one of the leg straps had not been stitched at one end, had to repair this myself as by this time I had proofed the shelter. When you get it out of the box give a good inspection, would have given it a 5 apart from the minor fault

Purchased for our Classic Car Club we are pleased with the Event shelter. It is roomier, lighter and compact to transport compared with our previous gazebos. So far it has resisted weather problems in 2012 and has been easy to dry and put away. The shape seems to resist strong wind etc. better than a conventional cube and yet room i nside right up to the side walls.i

Have been so pleased with our event shelter , we have used it all summer in the garden and taken it on a camping trip and has saved us from huge downpours . Had a Birthday BBQ this weekend and when the heavens opened we all stayed dry till the sun came out again! Everyone loves it , has been a huge hit and so pleased I decided to get one instead of another gazebo.

This is a great extra for the Coleman Event Shelter and really useful as added protection. The zip is really handy and the windows have toggle up curtains for added privacy if required It clips on to the coleman frame, so you can just unclip the top portions if you want to use it like a windbreak. As with the shelter itself, great quality.

Several of my friends have these, so I know that they are sturdy and waterproof. They seem to be the pick of the portable gazebos just now. The 12 by 12 model suits us because its quite a bit lighter than the larger model. This makes it easier to get on and off of the boat.

In the recent heatwave this has been excellent. It hasnt flinched during a couple of thundery downpours. Easy to erect (experienced camper) and to trim. The materials all seem good quality and the design is excellent. With sensible use and maintenance it should last well.

Pricey piece of kit which takes up a bit of room when packing the camping car but in terms of style and usability absolutely fantastic - very easy to set up with two people involved - great for inclement BBQ weather too :) good investment overall

Excellent piece of kit. Not fully waterproof as the seams are not sealed but I could position myself, table, chairs, stove etc so as to keep dry in heavy rain when using the walls with it. Just wish I'd bought the larger version now.

Delighted with this shelter. I’m not sure I could have found a better one. Easy to erect. Even easier to take down. I bought one wall to see what it would be like and will now buy more walls. This is a very good product.

VERY GOOD QUALITY AS A COLEMAN PRODUCT. YOU CAN CLOSE THE ONE SIDE WHEN IS WINDY OR THE SUN WHEN COMING IN . I WILL USE IT IN THE BEACH AND I BELIEVE THAT IS A GOOD ACCESSORY TO HAVE.

the shelter was bought as a treat to put on our decking which catches the wind, when we have parties.It worked a treat it is brilliant and everyone loved it worth every penny

I love the sun wall, but need to just say why is now we have to type in so much information about how we rate the product this will only make people not rate products.
