You get 50 scoops. 1 scoop is enough for 60 minute workout. Take 2 is workout is longer with more intensity. For those of you who moan about taste, it’s not a McDonald’s milkshake. Great strength and pumps. I workout every other day and come off it for a week every 6-7 weeks so that it does not become immune. You can have a great workout in one hour. I have recommended this to others but I have to point out that a few people didn’t feel the same affect as me. I think for a minority it’s a hit and miss. But if you want to take workout to another level then this is worth a try. What do you have to lose. We spend more money on junks!

I have tried so many preworkouts and i have such horrible itchy skin reactions that i avoid anything with niacin so was pleased to see this and pina colada flavour!Have taken this a few times and had great workouts every time. I was in the gym for 2 hours on weights and didnt notice! Will def buy again. Flavour is nice.

There are a lot of pre-workouts that taste awful and make you feel sick before you workout. What I love about Curse pre-workouts, is not only does a single scoop give you a decent pump, (though I’d recommend two scoops), the preworkout tastes amazing just like adding Robinsons fruit juice with water. ???

Not too sweet , more of an after taste after swolloing , I like the taste ! I use it for work outs , I was poorly and needed a good boost to do a circuit in my living room, worked a treat thanks ??

This stuff is amazing and gives you a real boost to your training. Have only used a maximum of 2 scoops and get an itchy head with it but a friend can only use one scoop with the same effect.

This stuff is so good I bought Blue raspberry as well, Focus, Energy and feel I wanna stay in the gym all night.You'll feel the tingles in neck and cheeks but I like that anyway.

Fantastic! Mainstay of my workout regimen. Regular customer-for 1 hour or less of gym/ explosive exercise though-not suitable for lower intensity endurance.

It’s a great pre workout I’ve had a few vegan ones and from my protein but this is the best I’ve had will be buying again once I’ve finished it.

Does what it says on the tub . Used it for over a year and still gets me.going as it should . Fast delivery also ?

Tastes ok, cost is ok but the kick is amazing, great pre trainer after a hards days work.
