My 4year old son is obsessed by these things!Clics are a European made construction toy that look like jigsaw pieces but fit together in 3 dimensions like Lego to make just about anything. There is basically only one type of piece, just in different colours. These click together and when connected as a whole are very strong. They can be made flat as a "net" in maths speak or just added one by one. For example if 4 are connected like this:[]-[]-[]-[]Then the first can loop round to the last and a cube is made. Add another each end and you have a very solid cube. Add a few more and thread an axle piece through and some wheels and you have a train. Add a tow-bar piece and make another and you have a train and a carriage.

Bought this set as a Christmas present for a bright 3 year old, having used it very successfully with 4 and 5 year old children in my early years classroom. The 3 year old loved it from the moment he opened it, only taking a minute or two to get the idea of clicking the pieces together. Adults were keen to get involved and encouraged him to look closely at the pictures but in no time atall he was constructing both flat and 3D models by himself. This set will continue to interest and challenge him for many years to come.

My five year old grandson and I have played and played with this and they are fun to use, once you work out to twist them apart. I bought two tubs and am glad I did as you can make bigger things. Yesterday we make him leg and arm armour (smooth side in) although we didn't have enough to attempt body armour as well. They are well made and easy to use.

Definitely a five- star buy! My three years old grandson's face lit up when he saw his present, having seen them in his Nursery. The pieces are easy to manage and manipulate, and the scope for a child to use imagination and develop creative skills, is immense. Superb product which I'm sure will be enjoyed for years to come.

Cristmas present for 4 year old granddaughter who found it difficult to put together but kept trying with it and now 6 months later she has got the hang of it and has even made a few things on her own (no help from adults). Would recommend as a construction kit and there are a number of add on kits for later on.

I bought these clics for my 4 year old boy, after one year its still one of his favorite toys. Made of sturdy plastic material, difficult to break ;)Very creative toy. I bought another tub as a present for my God-daughter and she spends hours playing with it.

I purchased clics for my son, from the moment he opened the tub, he was fixed, spent the whole of the weekend building the blocks and completed all the models that were described on the instruction sheet. Excellent buy, also thanks for smooth delivery.

My child is almost 5 years old and is playing very good - constructing different figures that are present in the booklet or his own. Even my 2 years girl is enjoying it, she can construct lines or balls, not figures - but still she has fun.

Best value for money in the market and they arrived really quickly. What a surprise to receive a delivery at 8.45am on a Sunday morning. Clics are a great construction toy that helps so many areas of development of young children.

Great toy my children all like them especially my 8 yo, my 3 yo finds them a bit tricky to make buy enjoys building them with me.Only worry is how long they will last as it's a week old and plastic seems to be weakened in places

these are great! I will be buying more. Really good creative play. A bit difficult for 4 year old to build alone but can spend hours just clickinh clicks into themselves. Love it and recommend

Excellent 7yr old plays with these at school and had been asking for them for home. Easy to play, lets his imagination run wild. 3yr old bruv even likes them. Would recommend.

Item as described. Arrived quicker than expected. Packaging left a little to be desired as box was taped over but edges did not come together. Needed a more suitable size.

Great for hand, eye co-ordination, colour reconition and counting for the younger ones whilst the older children have lots of fun making models from the pieces.
