I bought this for my Cateye light (can't remember model, but it looks identical to the new HL-EL450, so it would be the old model of that light), and it was a very worthy purchase. The bracket that came with the light was absolute gash and broke in a few weeks. I ordered this one, and it is still going strong two years later, although only for road use. If you are off road then the bumps can make the light jump out, as the little clip part that holds the light doesn't cope well with constant bumpy ground (I actually gaffer tape the light to this bracket if I'm going to be off road). At present though I have slick's on my mountain bike and only use it on road,

Purchased for my second bike, as it was getting tiresome transferring everything back and forth, especially front light due to re-aligning each time.I have the Cateye Volt 800 and it fits just as snugly as the original bracket which came with the lamp.Simple to switch the lamp over now, and the bracket should last for years now it's not necessary to remove it as often.

I ordered 2 of these - as a spare set for a second bike - not realising that the back light required a different bracket."Fortunately" only one arrived - I called the suppliers and a very polite operator apologised, sent me the required alternative which arrived the next day, and even refunded me the difference immediately - Brilliant

What would I do without Amazon. I thought this bracket was obsolete but managed to find one here. My rather expensive front cycle light would have been useless without this. Perfect replacement for the one I managed to break.

Simple but effective! Grips tight to the bars and handles the weight of my cateye volt 1600 without problem even on rough terrain. The extra bracket enables me to easily swap the light between my road and mountain bike

Great i really didn't think i would find this. It is original quality and means i can move my light between bikes without having to undo etc. It also means i can trim the strap to avoid catching with my fingers.

With 2bikes I got fed up of swapping the bracket for my cat eye volt 800 so options were 1; buy new light or 2; buy a second bracket for same light, no brainer really isn't it.Could still be cheaper though.

I already have this bracket on my Hybrid bike and wanted the same for my second bike so I can transfer my lights between the two bikes. This bracket fits my second bike perfectly, exactly as ordered.

Excellent CatEye product to hold front lights onto the handlebars. Universal grip lock fits all bars. If installed correctly, holds the lamp very securely. Fits all modern CatEye lights

Excellent system to allow Volt series lights to be shared across bikes. I feared that the system might change again, so I decided to buy some spares.

It fits my old cat eye lamp well~and it is stylish too, I really like it. It would be much better if the price can be lower a bit though.

Simple to foot to all of my various bikes(I bought one for each of my 3 bikes from road to hybrid). Secure mount for my Cateye Volt 200.

If you want one of these you probably know what it does! Check it fits your Cateye light! Works as you’d expect and great quality.
