This tent is LARGE!! The photos don't do it justice. It comes in a holdall but once we had put it up to make sure it was all OK we couldn't get the poles and groundsheet back in the bag, this isn't much of a problem for us but it might be for others. The instructions are in German, and despite an email to the seller (based in Germany), English instructions were not forthcoming, even though written instructions in an email would have been fine!It is simple to put up, just be careful threading the poles through their guides as there is a possibility that they will eventually wear through.I found the best way was to lay it out flat, with the door facing up, and thread each ring of poles through, then peg the rear guy ropes in, and pull up on the front one, then walk each ring forwards until the tent is taut, then peg the front guy rope out, peg the sides down and then the other guy ropes. The bedroom has it's own, sewn in groundsheet, and there is a separate sheet that covers the rest of the tent. We are considering getting another groundsheet that covers the whole area of the tent as well as those supplied. This is a 6 person tent, though were are a family of 4, and we are comfortable with plenty of room in the bedrooms, which with 6 people might not be the case as it will be very cosy! There is ample room inside the main area for chairs, tables and kitchen stands. There aren't any hooks inside for hanging things such as electrics or storage baskets, but there is enough height for free standing items. The windows and vents work well, there was very little condensation inside on a morning (we left the two front vents open with the flap down, and the rear one open as well, we didn't get too hot or too cold, we left the 'solid' parts of the bedroom 'doors' rolled up to allow ventilation. My one criticism is that there is no fly sheet for the door, the tent roof quickly filled with flies, most of which ended up on the floor overnight. This is a fantastic tent for the money, and we feel we should be able to get several years service with it. We had looked at other 6 person tents but they were more expensive and smaller, and only came with more room for more money than this tent!

We bought this tent over a year ago and have used it 4 times. We went for a cheap tent as didn't know if we would like camping. This tent has been amazing! Easy to erect, I love the cream colour, it's so light and airy and glows at night when heater/ light is on. This tent is cool but cosy and has very well designed ventilation. My brother, who has a V. Expensive Vango had condensation dripping on them in the night, while we remained dry, despite leaving a heater on all night - it was 0 degrees with v. Heavy frost one night! There are 4 of us and we sleep in a row with the bedroom as one, but you can use the bedroom divider if you prefer. It has withstood extreme rain and high winds. It billows a lot in high winds, sounds really scary, but stays put and dry, the kids think it's exciting. We love our tent and would recommend as is extremely good value for money! I bought a Kampa electric griddle and cooked bacon, eggs and steak on it in the tent! Ventilation is excellent, zero problem with cooking smells. Can't wait to get away with this tent again.

So pleased with this tent, I (F, 32) take my three children (2, 6, 8) camping by myself, we had out-grown our dome tent and needed something bigger. So I decided to give this a go, it obviously had to be something I could put up mostly by myself and I'm pleased to report that I managed it, needed a bit of help from the little ones but took 45-60 mins which I'm sure will get quicker once we've done it a few times. It's been up in the garden for two days in heavy rain and no leaks/problems at all. It arrived well before estimated delivery and the price for what you get is super....it's like a cathedral inside !!! Top tip for putting it up is to keep the door zipped closed whilst you put the poles in but then open them up when it's time to stand it up.The instructions had both German and English translation. Really Happy with this bargain tent !!Update: Had this tent for over a year now with 4 camping trips done. It's great !! No problems with the material, zips, doors, ropes. Still really pleased with it.

We love this spacious tent! It didn't have any instructions included when it arrived, but it was fairly self explanatory and two of us set this tent up fairly quickly - in the rain and howling winds!! Tent withstood winds of 40mph on our first night in it, and downpours of constant rain for our 2nd night and we had no problems at all! It's extremely spacious. It does lack side or storage pockets but that really is the only downside. The best part of this tent was packing it away! For the first time EVER, we we're actually able to fit our tent back into the storage pouch with space to spare! Something which we've always struggled with our other tents.Great tent, great price! Can't wait to use it again - hopefully in the sun!

The tent is easy to put up and take down. We have used it a couple of times for a Festival on uneven ground. It has withstood rain and wind. It has a large living space and also fits easily into the bag afterwards. A first for any of the many tents we have used. It has a fully fitted groundsheet but I like to put another groundsheet underneath to protect it and my only complaint is that I can't get one large enough to cover the whole of the tent area as the tent s so big! We love using it. It is the second Campfeuer tent we have had and both were excellent. The only problem with the other one was that we pitched under a sweet chestnut tree and the falling chestnut husks cut the tent. Our fault not the tent's!

Great tent! Huge, spacious, no leaks, secure. We had a great two weeks in it in the sun and two days of torrential rain with no problems. I actually managed to split one of the large fibreglass pole sections by being clumsy when erecting it, but I replaced it easily enough (see my reply on the one star review to Lyndsay). As there's only the two of us, we left out the bedroom and put the mattress right at the back, so with a rug either side, we have a large bedsit type accommodation! Perfect, and we can cook inside too as the large vent in the roof is a great idea. We like the sewn in groundsheet too, keeps out unwanted visitors!

A good looking basic tent. Easy to put up. Great family tent. Dry with no leaks.Front cables have a habit of slacking but regular checks can help, underlay is not sewn to skirt. Theres no way of tacking the skirt down leaving it to flap in the wind. A few button holes on the outside would act as a draft excluder. We stayed on a windy open pitch in wales during a wet august. This tent was fab during some awful weather. Cables are essential to the strength of this tent or it will blow down while still pegged in (tunnel design issue not the actual tent)Cant wait to use it again

I didnt think I could love a tent but I LOVE this one! Its got so much room yet its super easy to put up. Arrived from Germany in 3 days!We didnt have rain on the weekend (weird I know!) so I cant comment on the water resistance but at 5000mm I'm sure this tent will keep us dry in anything the English weather could throw at us.I would highly recommend this tent to anyone with a family needing more living space than sleeping space. We were the envy of all our friends on our camping weekend :)

This tent is great! We bought it last year to try out camping. It's very easy to put up, takes 20-30 minutes. Huge amount of space inside! Plenty for family of four although would happily fit double that amount. Stayed up during heavy wind and rain, no leaks or condensation. Excellent customer service. We had a problem after over a year of having it when one of the poles split. Within two days the company sent us out a replacement free of charge. Would highly recommend this tent.

We went away in this tent during the only wet week in August. The vent at the top was extremely noisy at times but not unbearable. The one night it did rain it was mainly waterproof. A small amount of rain did leak in from the vent at the top but considering the amount of rain we had was not much at all. The bed pods stayed completely dry and bedding didn’t feel damp which was a surprise as usually would be. Not perfect but the best tent we have used for uk holiday

It's an ok tent for the price. No instructions which wasn't too bad for me as I'm not a newbie to setting up tents but for some it would be frustrating. We had a down poor which was a good thing as we wanted to see if it was as good as we thought it'd be but we did have 2 small leaks on both sides of the tent. The ground shhet could of been a bit bigger but wasn't too much of an issue. Sleeping compartments were fine, enough room to get 3 single air beds in each.

Cavernous tent with great flexibility. May be the tent that converts my wife from "glamping" desires. Very sturdy thethering and luminous guy ropes. Flexible ground sheet is also a bonus but the built in room is the selling point as well made and can convert from one large to two considerable rooms. Due for first camp in early July and will update then.

Had this tent a couple of years and I'm still in love with it. I can put it up on my own, it has survived many VERY windy festivals, and it's absolutely massive so it feels like a palace. It's very heavy to carry alone, but I put it on a trolley to take longer distances from the car.

amazing tent. brought it to take to a festival where we had torrential rain, thunderstorms and high winds (typical English festival weather). it withstood the lot, kept us warm and dry all weekend. took 20 minutes to put up and 10 to take down. loads of room inside too.
