I bought this to go out on long walks or running. The design is so well made with exceptionally well thought out areas to store extras such as a phone, snacks, etc. It is so comfortable whether you are just walking with it or running. At first when you fill the 'bladder' you may think it won't fit into the compartment, but it does and you soon realise it's a great fit. There isn't anything I could fault about it. The size of the adjustable waist straps is very generous and it would fit most people. Well worth the money.
