Effective single LED and built in stand light. Unlike older designs, the standlight is powered by a capacitor so no need for batteries.The terminals need micro spade connectors - 2.8mm blades, usually sold by motoring shops like Halfords as '5 amp speaker connectors'.Just one criticism - the adaptors to make the mounting bolts 80mm wide require a LOT of force to get them to slide all the way into the 50mm slots. There's a bump in the metal that I guess is meant to stop them moving once in place. You have to get the bump to expand the plastic slot as it goes in. It's effective but completely over the top and frankly uneccessary. If they had a loose slide fit they would never move anyway once the light is mounted.

The light is very effective. This was a replacement for the original one fitted to my bike which broke. Piece of cake to fit as it attaches to standard mounting on rear carrier. Connecting the wires was a headache as the terminals point down and there was insufficient clearance between the bottom of the light and the rear mudguard. In the end I had to solder the wires which was a little tricky and will cause issues if I need to remove the rear carrier in the future.Still a good product though so four stars

Very light (in more ways than one!)and low profile. I searched for a while before settling on this one for my hub dynamo set up.Very pleased with it. It fits on the rear rack backplate via the two supplied bolts (standard spacing). The single LED is very bright and stays on long enough when stopped at junctions etc. All in all an excellent rear dynamo light at a very reasonable price.

I've only used b&m for my dynamo lighting and this has never let me down. The light stays on for about 5/10 minutes afterwards so you can be seen when stopping at traffic lights. The only negative side of this was when I locked up my bike kind strangers would assume i've left it on and start trying to figure out how to turn it off.Highly recommend this light.

Fitted this to the rear rack on my girlfriends Pashley, fits either 50mm or 80mm hole centres with supplied adaptors. Useful standlight feature which keeps the light on when not pedalling. Easy to wire to led front light and hub dynamo. Really suits the bike. If you're looking for a practical dynamo rear light you won't go far wrong with this.

Hello. For this product, BikeInn does not indicate whether it is a power supply by Dynamo, or by Batteries and Batteries. So could you answer: is the lamp powered by Dynamo, or by Batteries & Batteries (and if Batteries, what is the size? LR03 or LR06? Thank you very much!

Good visibility and durability (mine has lasted many bike tours and 5 years so far). Why would you need a more expensive light? Also clever they way it can fit 50 and 80mm.
