Good quality item sturdy and as described. They are attractive and provide pretty good resistance. I did use more effort when walking with the Bungy poles as compared to my regular trekking poles. I have had mine for several months and for a long time I walked with them several times a week. They have held up well and even the rubber tips are still good. However, after having these poles for a while they started to loosen up in the area where you adjust the height. I have tightened them a couple of times but they loosen again. I just used hand strength not any tools. With that said I can still use the poles without a problem and I have not really worked on solving that inconvenience. All in all the poles have held up well and I still feel that they were a good buy. I also use them with some stretching excercises.

I have been a Nordic walker for many years - I hike and listen to audiobooks via headphones. I had static walking poles for years and loved them.I then saw these and decided to give them a try. I have not used the static poles since. These ones are so nice, I find myself walk-jogging with them instead of just walking and my knees normally "feel it" after I jog - but not with these. I typically go 5 miles a day with them and when I am done I am drenched in sweat, but I have no joint pain at all. I find that these act like shock absorbers but they really let you focus on an efficient stride. My heart rate (age 50) is between 120-130 THE WHOLE TIME even though I am just going for a walk, compared to 90-110 when just walking.

I purchased these poles after realizing walking is the best way for me to improve my overall health. After researching many I bit the bullet and paid much more than this for the poles. Not one regret. They are very well made and help elevate my heart rate as I walk and do my walking in less time. I am extremely pleased in how I have improved my overall fitness level. Highly recommend them for any walkers at any level (beginners included) since you work out the arms as you walk on trails/paths/sidewalks.

I purchased the Bungy Poles for myself and took them with me when I visited my daughter. She liked them so much that I purchased a pair for her. That is when the nightmare began. No fault of the manufacturer. Evidently (after calling Bungy Pole) that Amazon repackages their product and they have been asked to be careful to include all items when repackaging. After the 3rd return to Amazon I called the manufacturer and they corrected all of Amazon’s errors. Excellent product!!!

Due to the weather, we've really not had an opportunity to use these yet -- but, I'm loving the concept. First, because we are older, it's a wonder device to assist with "balance." Secondly, just having the walking sticks with me makes me will make me feel a bit more safe -- I won't feel so vulnerable. It's puts something between me and whomever might be walking past me on the trails, sidewalk or street.

So, I finally got to try these walking sticks. It seems like one stick has more resistance than the other (I just switch them up) and on the extender part of one stick does not stay. Also, it looks like I got only one extra foot that I can change. But otherwise, I can actually feel my core and arms working. I have also used them on my yoga mat doing squats and arm strengthening exercises.

I am so glad I bought these! I use them to walk and hike with and they really make it easy! It's a really good workout using these and the upper body really loves the pump action. It took all of a half day to get used to them and I was literally off and running! I love the workout I get with the walking/hiking poles. They were well packaged, arrived quickly and work as advertised!!

I love these things!!! I get an upper body workout while walking through my favorite places. I take these along with me in case I can get some walking time in. They're light and provide enough resistance that I get a workout, but not so much that I'm straining half-way through the walk. My husband now has a pair, and we both use them on our walks.

I received these as a Christmas present from my wife and used them for the first time today. Great product! One small problem - the tungsten tips were not included in the shipment. I did get the baskets and the rubber feet, but not the tungsten tips. Would you please send them?Thank you.Bob Henderson

Bought these for my husband but I love them too. I have nice Leki poles but these are so nice and bouncy as they exercise your arms! Seem to be well made and I've watched the videos online for additional exercises to do. They are great for a total toning workout and are easy on your back and joints.

These are great for upping my walking workout each day! I love them! The effort required to push against the springs in the upper portions of the sticks not only work the muscles in my arms and shoulders, but increase my cardio benefit as well.

I was looking for a little extra something to add to my walk, something that would bring up my heart rate, these are it. They are light weight, you can take them anywhere and once you start you begin to really feel it in your arms.

I really like these sticks! And I do burn so many more calories using them. But, one of the pieces were missing from the shipment. The round attachment for end of stick. Only one was attached with the order.

These are the best product for walking, I am Post-Stroke and never re-gained balance/equalibrium and these are great for steady walking, balance and no walking hunched over with walker.

Surprising how much difference this makes while walking or hiking. The added arm work really does get shoulders, and back muscles activated during the walk.
