Our baby is 10 months old and loves to explore. We were always afraid to leave the room to go the bathroom if he was sleeping just in case he wakes up while we're away. This gives us confidence the baby isn't in distress because we can see where he is and what he is doing.Things I like- It's plug and play. The parent unit connects to the camera without any fiddling with the range- It indicates the temperature of the room- It has an bar that indicates if the baby begins crying, although you have to set the volume to high as the audio is a bit quiet on the lower settings- The screen is large and feels like you're holding a large smartphone (although it's a bit thicker than a phone)- The battery life of the parent handheld unit is good,

Needed a baby monitor for my son, who is 1 and finally going into his old room! I ordered this roughly a week ago, it is in replace of a BT one which the signal kept dropping out - so far I have had no problems! Requires an initial 12 hour charge, which is less than the previous one I ordered (bonus) once charges it's so easy to set up, litterally plug in and turn on! The picture is slightly grainy and not the best but it does the job and I like that it's on a huge screen! The sound is great too - the automatic screen off setting is great at night too, so you don't have the constant background noise and light but it activates with sound or movement. The remote pan on the camera is also very good and covers the whole cot!

Bought this using an voucher code therefore paid substantially less than the RRP not sure I would have bought this for the full price. Monitor that serves its purpose, I can see and hear my baby when I put him to bed. Pros: great rotating function from the parent device, screen to view baby is big, room temp very useful. Cons: The lullabies have this awful deep organ tone-no surprise baby isn’t soothed by them, picture is grainy and the parent device goes to standby after a certain time and I believe its supposed to come back on with noise however every time mine has done this I’ve had to manually turn the screen back on to find baby is actually stirring and unhappy,

Great monitor with great features, but I found the monitor was not very loud when a mouse was made by baby/child. My daughter has a few medical problems and is often sick in the night when we are all asleep, so I need a good monitor which I can hear her on. I purchased this one to replace the Samsung that I have had for a year or two. I have returned this one, purely because of the sound quality. For a typical child I'd say it's fine, but for me it just didn't work. But I do recommend everything else about it and like I said it is.fab monitor if you just want a visual on baby/child. :)

I bought this 2 weeks ago and so far I’m impressed. It was a replacement for my Angelcare 1320. The video is very clear, sound quality is great and it has plenty of features. I particularly like the screen automatically coming on when it detects sound and you can have the screen on constantly if you want (clearly it would need to be connected to the mains as the battery wouldn’t last long). Battery seems to last well but as it’s a micro connection you could attach it to a portable power bank if required. I recognise it’s early days so I’ll try to update in a few months time.

My daughter is really active & started crawling at 6 months & standing up in her cot so needed a camera monitor. I already had a BT monitor so stayed with the same brand. The zoom & the pan on the camera is great & the night vision is clear. The screen on the parent unit is large & clear. The parent unit is also really simple to use. The lullabies are just ok on it, they were far better on my other BT monitor, but the lullabies aren't a feature I need anymore. I would recommend this monitor ti anyone

Had to buy a replacement as the monitor screen fell out of my bag & smashed . But the bonus is you can link multiple cameras so getting a whole new unit wasn’t a waste as I could link the old & new camera upto the same monitor screen so I would recommend this product because of that. Also it is really easy to use . The only criticism is the quality could be slightly better nothing major but the screen is a bit like a plasma so it’s soft which I didn’t realise & to get fixed by bt was expensive.

Overall very happy with the monitor. Screen is big and good quality. Camera responds well and is easily mounted and moveable remotely. The video quality althou average when compared to hd cctv cameras, is reasonable for a monitor and certainly captures all you need.Sound quality is good, as good as my audio only bt monitor.The whole apparatus feels well made, my only gripe is not having a lanyard loop or similar for easy carrying when hands are full. It does fit well in a pocket however.

I spent a lot time looking at these and went with the BT. so far it’s worked perfect. Never dropped connection. Sound is loud and clear. There’s some slight static noise but nothing to worry about. It has remote swivel. It would be noce if it had remote up and down too. But it works very well. Digital zoom is handy. Night vision clear. And the unit screen is very big and clear. The camera is powered by a micro usb charger the same as the screen charger too. Battery life is pretty good as well.

Nightmare to link up the camera, it's supposed to automatic but isn't. Zoom is not as good as motorola....Daytime mode is excellent...night vision is sufficient but again not as good as a Motorola there is a bad picture in between day and night vision I can't see my boy at all. Menu is easy and I like the function where the screen and sound switch off until the child makes a noise. The only reason I swapped to this from a Motorola mbp36s was because I had 2 faulty ones. This is the next best

Easy to use, clear screen and good rotation. Music isn’t great, its a bit creepy in my opinion, but not fussed about using the music as we have a mobile and other devices to play soothing noises. I went to the next door neighbours (mum and dad) to show my parents the device and had the camera still in the front room. Kept a good signal to a certain point. Husband said it was breaking up a little bit when spoke through but thats in the next door house. Overall very pleased with the product!

One of the reasons we opted for this model was the big screen and the temperature display. Our unit never showed the temperature display from day one. Spoke to BT customer services, but no fix. Spoke to Argos, they will refund once it's possible for them to collect again. Overall, good service.On the design, the speaker is on the back of the parent unit, meaning you have to use the stand, you cant lay down the unit otherwise the speaker is blocked. Very strange. Great picture quality.

After reading so many reviews, selling one monitor and returning another finally we have found a good one. Amazing sound quality (can hear baby breathing but not all the other household noises - door closing/toilet flush etc) the white noise doesn't keep us awake at night. The screen is great too, movement isn't as smooth as you'd expect having been used to mobile phone video but it's so much better than the others we tried. Battery life on the parent unit is brilliant. Highly recommended

In terms of piece of mind while my baby is asleep in his crib this product is great. The zoom is only x2, so it doesn't make a huge difference, and the lullaby feature is a bit pointless in my opinion as the sound is a bit rubbish. The screen size is great, it's nice and big... I can leave it on the coffee table and still still my little boy breathing. I think the picture quality is better in infrared. The battery life is rubbish though - only a few hours then need to charge again.

This is an excellent product- I am very happy with this purchase. We previously had a static camera, which was fine when our little one was a small baby, but with an active toddler a moving camera is perfect. The pan functions are great, the talk function is very helpful to comfort her if she is unsettled and optional lullaby is a great extra. The monitor is a good size and is very smart. (Great battery life compare to other cameras we have had.)Would definately recommend!!!
