Having used and returned two Motorola video monitors, I can firmly say the BT monitor is much better! Range is no problem in our 3 bed terrace, even in the garden. The screen is a bit small and the resolution isn't great, but your checking baby, not watching Avengers!The main positive is the battery life and screen refresh. Our Motorola would have to be pretty much constantly be on charge, where as this will last the 5 hours we need in the evening easily and not use half the battery. And the camera refreshes well meaning you can pan and tilt easily, the Motorola was very jumpy. Also it means you have a better idea of babies movements. The refresh isn't perfect,

Positives-temperature monitor-plays a range of different songs-colour screen (day) and night vision (black & white)-Has talk back option so you can speak to the baby-1 year warranty-plugs into wall to re-charge but has battery so it doesn't always need to be plugged in-Can be set so screen turns off if there is no sound to save on battery (the screen turns back on if your baby makes any noise so even if you have the sound muted you can see if you baby starts making noise)-Display can apparently be linked to more than 1 monitor (though I haven't tried this)Negatives-Battery life could be longer (I think its somewhere between 6 and 12 hours).-When zooming in the image becomes blurry and you can't

Bought this as a second monitor for second child. 6000 model is better but more expensive. This is fine for a cheaper alternative but would recommend spending a touch more and getting the 6000 model as it had a better screen. This one still have remote controlled pan and tilt so still does a good job.To be fair though, picture on this is quite good, so would still recommend this one if you're set on it.

Really impressed with this monitor. Although the picture is not totally clear, you can see your child easily enough. I love the fact that you can the parent handheld device on standby and if your child makes any sound it will kick in and the screen comes on. Really great monitor for the price. I did quite a lot of research before purchasing a monitor and I’m really pleased with this one.

Really pleased with this monitor, I think the picture quality is very good in comparison to others I have had. However, I do feel that the sound quality on others are better it doesn’t pick up all sounds in the room but does pick up the baby sounds. Sometimes seems to be a slight delay u can hear the baby crying/moving before they move on the monitor

Brought for my sons bedroom. The camera is really easy to use. I love that it sings lullabies and that it makes a sound to alert me when there’s movement. Ive had no trouble with this product, delivery was really fast and very pleased with my pushase. Don’t have to be a nervous Mum letting her toddler sleep in his bed for the very first time.

We had another type of monitor which seemed to make lots of static noise which is incredibly annoying when trying to sleep.This is perfect, has good quality picture and the motion sensor is very good. It doesn’t make much noise at all apart from when needed. The battery life is very good and the monitor has lots of good options on it.

I bought this for my son and daughter in law who have had their baby boy, when he wakes he doesn't cry much so they were unsure to put him upstairs in their room until they went to bed. But now they have this baby monitor he goes in his cot and they have set the monitor up so they can see and hear him. Great investment.

Good product however the cable for the charger has become faulty, a fault I have seen other people experience and a fault that BT have accepted and agreed to a replacement. This seller however is ignoring all correspondence from me and from amazon and so I would recommend you avoid purchasing anything from them.

Really like this. Very good picture quality, much better than my previous Motorola monitor. Like the battery saving feature of the screen auto turn of until it senses noise. The ability to swivel the camera remotely is brilliant too. Both me and Husband really impressed with the product.

Mediocre battery because the screen takes up so much power and is super bright. Doesn't matter though because can charge off or be powered by any micro USB which most houses will have loads of!Other than that a great baby monitor with loads of features. Much better than I expected.

Having tried a cheap audio monitor and then a hand-me-down we finally spent the money we should have in the first place and got this. It's worth it without a doubt, love the ability to remotely move the camera, the night vision, accurate temperature sensor, the range etc etc etc

Really good monitor in terms of visuals etc2 problem points for me:1. Battery life on the parent unit is atrocious, I’m constantly charging it2. Shape of the camera base is really awkward for use with with a 3rd party flexible arm - just the wrong shape to be gripped

By far the best monitor I have used had 1 exactly the same for past 2 and a half years. Whats better is you can add more cameras to 1 handset.Has extremely good range even through solid walls and over 3 floors.Would highly recommend to anyone.

This monitor replaces a broken one and is so much better! The screen is clear, in daytime and night time. Just love the remote movement of the camera as our little one moves all over the bed so now is always still in shot! Just fantastic!
