Already had a PT 2420 Touch label printer which has worked well for many years but not with my Mac laptop. Could never get the drivers to work.This new one works fine. Fairly easy to set up except that when the "editor lite" is illuminated thelabel so editing software can't see the printer. Switch it off and it all works a treat!
