I would expect from wooden toy less plastic but from the other side the quality and its look would be worse without plastic parts. Track is great, my almost four years old son is a big fun on wooden tracks (he has train tracks also from other companies) so it was great addition to his collection. But I'm giving four stars instead of five because both Freight trucks aren't working as they should... the upper parts are falling off very easily and my son is getting annoyed whenever he wants to throw a stone out of his truck not only stone is falling but also part of the truck. He received this toy only today and there is no way he has destroyed there anything us I was playing with him all the time.Train,

Beautiful item, lovely attention to detail on the trains and the magnets and little accesories provide great fun for my little man. He's exceptionally happy there is road provided, as he can now combine his love of trains AND cars!!! The only downside is he is pretty heavy handy ( or enthusiastic if you want to put it that way!!) and I can't begin to count the amount of times he's broken the raised parts of the track, and can't yet put it all back together!! But yes I would highly recommend this product!

There are hours and hours of fun in this set - for both young engineers and their parents. It is however a bit tricky to set up (for my 2 year old) and eager hands and feet can easily kick the tracks over, disrupting the fun.The mobile crane adds a lot of fun to existing Brio sets.Well worth the money - but wait until he or she is 3 years old.

A bit complicated for my 3yr old but once we've set it up he loves it, until he knocks the track off the rocks and we have to put it back together again.

Brio trains have been a hit with my family for years. I am now buying them for the next generations. They let children be creatiive.

Son loves this add on easy to assemble and has had hours of fun with it, would recommend service was great as well no issues at all

Would have liked instructions on how could be put together , but was a good product that fits with the other brio train set

Brought for my 5 year old nephew who's train mad and he can't get enough, he now wants even more for Christmas!!

Needed this as a Christmas pressent. Arrived before estimated date which was super.A good BRIO product.
