So far I've been very impressed with this torch. I have plenty of other torches and while this isn't going to compete with any of my Led Lenser torches (and at half the price you wouldn't expect it to) it's still a very good torch in its own right. As with most Bosch tools it is well made and seems as if it will survive a bit of abuse from being dropped or rolling around the bottom of a tool bag, which is where i keep mine.It fits nicely in the hand with the on/off switch easy to press and has a good weight which gives it a quality feel. Instead of having a completely cylindrical body it has a flat bottom which allows you to place it down without it rolling away,letting you to have two hands for whatever you're working on.The batteries provide a brighter beam than i expected, which while it isn't adjustable i find it is nicely balanced between focus and flood giving a good illumination of whatever you're working on and although i haven't used up a full battery yet, from what I've seen so far it will last a long time on one charge.It is part of Bosch's 10.8v power tool range which means that the batteries are interchangeable between different tools. This lets me keep this torch in my tool bag and means i always have a spare battery and charger when i'm carrying my drill which can be very handy.This, however brings me onto the biggest disadvantage of this torch, that it can only be powered by Bosch's 10.8v battery and the fact that these batteries cost more than the torch itself(and that's not including the charger).So if you're looking for a stand alone torch, then this isn't the one for you unless you want to spend a small fortune on a charger and batteries. However if you already own other tools in the range i would highly recommend this as it is a great torch that you can carry around with your other tools without having to worry about whether you have the right batteries.

Just bought on of these because I already had battery & charger with my PSB 10.8V drill. The drill is used every now & then but used torches regularly. The torch is quiet bright & fells robust. It is not to big so is easily kept in bedside draw. If you already have Bosch 10.8v batteries this is ideal. BUT beware there are two types of Bosch 10.8 batteries. Make sure yours are from the green cordless Bosch range. Also battery can be awkward to insert as it needs to be lined up spot on. Still great little torch.

Work light fits nicely into a space in my Easy12 drill case along side the drill. It feels good in the hand & has good illumination, because of the price I just bought a cheap Bosch clone 3Ah battery for it works very well & has been in it since I bought it without having so far to recharge it. (Why a Bosch batteries so expensive) ?

Hello Amazon UK this me Daniel this Bosch torch led is very very good quality, is very nice colour, the light is very bright and is perfect torch to use in home and garage ok that’s all this is my opinion about this Bosch torch led thank you take care bye bye.

Good torch that feels robust.It's not super bright, but puts out enough light and the battery should last a long time - 700 minutes according to the specs.

Had mine for a few years now love .it's at the side of my bed it tells me when to charge it .

Handy little torch and works with all my 10.8 and 12volt batteries from my other Bosch tools
