I bought the blink xt2 with 3 cameras. They were all very easy to set up, and were in use in no time.The daytime videos are excellent, but the night time videos are in black&white. This makes it quite difficult to see who or what is being filmed.The batteries can last up to 2 years, but only if they remain on the most economical settings.I love that I can see what's going on when I'm not even at home, and there's even a "speak" option for if you want to speak and listen to the visiter. All in all they are good value for money, and more cameras can be added to the module if needed.No wiring involved & easy set up.

Excellent cameras have brought 3 of them the quality for a small gadget as this camera is is perfect if you ask me, the pic is not quite HD as I think but hey, it’s close enough , the sound audio is good and all round for security cameras they are great woul definitely recommend to anyone, and as for the price I think they worth every penny.I’ve even brought accessories ie brackets to position cameras at what angle I want, and some rubber covers that fit around cameras not that they would interfere with any of the cameras operating abilitiesThey are just weather proof cover, even tho not needed as the cameras are fully waterproof anywayBut that’s just me being over protective because the cameras

Ive put 4 of these up around the outside of my house. They are wireless. You need a very good wireless wifi signal for these to operate efficiently. They come with free cloud storage space (2 hours) you can set the length of time they record up to 1 minute which is more than ample for me. picture quality is first class both in day and at night. You also have the ability for a two way conversation when in live stream mode. They use lithium AA batteries just have to wait and see how long they last

first time i have used these camera`s and i have to say they fantastic value, the picture quality superb even at night.. very easy to set up, ... i bought the 3 pack, so it covers all my house, ... log on anywhere in the country or abroad , where there is wifi or use your phone data,.. there is even live view, so you can check your home in real time.. it even has a built speaker , to tell people to get off your property.. .. all in all a great camera at a sensible price... highly recommend ...

I was looking for a camera system to add security round my house after noticing a gate in my garden had been opened and also to protect my two dogs.The blink XT2 system was very easy too install, 3 cameras have given me all the views of the house i need and ability to add more cameras if needed is a bonus. The blink app works very well for arming and disarming cameras as needed and theres many options for lowering the sensitivity of the set up as needed. Have no complaints at all so far.

Had it working in less than 1/2 hour, fitted two cameras outside and one inside. Set up a schedule it really is simple. Still experimenting with camera positions but no problem with locations and signals. Recordings are good and I did read a review that there was a long delay between picking up movement and capturing it, I have not experienced this everything has been successfully added to the video list. Really pleased with system and using standard AA batteries I think is a big bonus.

Easy set up.I downloaded the blink app and set them up from the app on my phone.Only down side is with all the bad weather that we have been having one of the cameras mists up so cannot see anything but a cloudy pic.certain companies sell a weather protector with a small canopy type thing. Trouble is the protector only comes with a mount.Why do blink not provide a cover with the cameras.. other than that I have to get my steps out to wipe the lenses. Great cameras though.

Purchased the 3 pack along with 3 solar panels,this means the batteries are purely a back up.This has proved unnecessary as the solar panels have powered the cameras even with non stop wet and cloudy weather.easy to install and set up, exactly what I needed.one thing I did find was with the outside street light the image at night was overexposed/Whiting out so turned the night vision off using the app and now have perfect colour image at night.

Great system and so easy to install. Opened the box, registered each camera. Put batteries in. Connected to WiFi. Renamed each camera to their locations ie Garage. All working ready to fit into position with two screws. Mounted them next day and all working fine. Best thing is the clips are saved to a free “Cloud” . Overall well satisfied with the system . Oh by the way you can share clips of interest via messages etc to Police or whoever

this is a well designed security device - the only downside being that it would be easy to steal as it merely pops off the bracket that is supplied with it. So don't position it within reach of potential criminals. The price from Argos was great (well below what I would have paid elsewhere), the only downside being that I can't get them to sell me another at the same price!! This must have been a short time offer (under £200).

I bought this a couple of weeks ago , don't understand the moaners . If you you want very top spec then pay a grand +. If you want value for money then this system is for you , the reason I give it 4 star and not 5 is that the night vision is only ok . But it is as good as a hi tech system I have seen . To set up is childs play.the app is so straightforward . Very pleased I purchased this 3 camera system.

A nice bit of kit, the easiest part is setting up the cameras with the sync module and your network.My difficulty was mounting, the kit comes with mounts and mount extenders and wood screws (definitely more for the US Market) I ended up with purchasing Sugru to mount these to brick and so far it has done the job.A good camera system to alert you whenever it is armed either manually or via a schedule.

Very impressed with the blink xt2 . It's small compact and easy to place anywhere,inside or outside. Set up is simple with the app, it was up and running within 5 minutes . Picture and video quality impressive and the selections of fine tuning was way above other competitors . Cloud storage is excellent especially with no upfront costs. You would be hard pressed to find a better system for the price.

My old system was always on and recording to a HDD and it could take days to track down a clip if something happened while we were away. Blink only records when it senses movement, I can check & record live as well and the clips are there on my mobile.. Easy to install and set up, phone software easy to download. Only one little gripe, it could do with software for PC as well, but still 5 star.

I’ve had a wired system at a previous house but having heard about blink and having done some research it looked so simple to set up, yet full of functions, it is indeed easy to set up and mount. Job done, peace of mind installed. Very good picture quality, not sure if I’ll get 2 years out of a set of batteries as it claims but I’d be happy with six months , highly recommended.
