Bed is slightly confusing to put together. Unfortunately there is easily a 4-5 inch gap at the back of the mattress to the end of the bed which makes a standard double mattress too small & a king size mattress too big. I have had to stuff down a spare duvet in the back to cover the gap. Also, the base of the bed, you get 3 flat boards that are just dropped into each section to cover the floor. Its just loose boards that lift out and don't even fit neatly.

The bed is heavy to move once built so best to assemble where its staying. Instructions are clear and good quality materials. The only thing id change is the pointy edges on the foot end of the frame as they hurt if you catch them when walking past them. It looks fab though!!
