I bought this for morning alertness but I'm afraid I haven't noticed any difference. The product does come nicely packaged with large capsules. I suspect if I opened a capsule it would contain more air than active ingredients. That said, maybe I would be even less alert than I am currently? Reasonably priced you could always give them a go as often what works for one doesn't for another. And I'm the other.
