This is huge train set with loads of bits to it: a lot of track, buildings, bridges, people, lots of trains, cars, even a boat, plane and helicopter. No end of fun for adults and children. It's all sturdy and well made and is compatible with Brio (and other similar train sets).If pressed to find criticisms, I would come up with the following, but these are more things it's worth knowing before you buy, rather than reasons not to:* Most of the buildings require some construction by an adult with a screwdriver. There are easy-to-follow instructions though - it's just you need to set aside up to 3/4 of an hour to do it.* There are so many bits and such a variety of different ones,

It is a lovely product, our daughter can have some much fun with it building train tracks and pushing train along but most of all the company deserve great feedback. We order this train as a Christmas present in reasonable time but it went missing. I emailed the company just few days before Christmas after realising the gift won't reach us on time. They responded very quickly by sending replacement just in time for Christmas. Thank you very much BigJigs.

Lovely, lovely train set and good value for money. This train set keeps our 3 year old and a lot of her friends very happy. Where there are a lot of different aspects to the set; airplane, helecopter, boat, hospital etc. there is a lot of basis for imaginative play. The train set is very well made and sturdy, however it would be best if it was laid on a wide table (at kiddie height) so that they may move around it easily and reach the inner bits.

I bought this train set for my niece and she loves it. 2 pieces arrived broken though and I'm attempting to glue their components back together. I don't believe this happened during shipping as it was packed very well. I think they were broken to begin with. Fortunately they're just connector pieces that snapped off cleanly. The entire set is a bit pricey but there are a lot of pieces compared to other sets.

This is well worth the money, my daugters family, (Grand Kids and Partner) have not stopped playing with it.. I expect hours of fun. A 4 year old girl loves it too. I enjoyed putting it together as well. For younger children it might be best to build some of it up on a permanent basis to save a lot of hassle for yourself. This was a Christmas present and it was money well spent.

Lovely quality, just as good as Brio but without the price tag. Bought this for my daughters birthday so we’ve not had it out yet but I’ve had a good look at it all and it is just lovely. Very happy with it
