First order not received, seller contacted and it was found the item had previously been posted but had been lost. Another put in post but this arrived damaged on right corner and down right side. Contacted them again and they then got another to me extremely quickly. This one thank goodness was perfect. The Termos board is not so bulky as the usual freezer blocks so takes up less room in a freezer bag or box but covers a greater area. Think I will order another one next year as good to have one in use and one in the freezer ready to use. Despite having problems I cannot fault the response I received from this seller.

I placed this freezer board on top of our sandwiches and fruit in an insulated tote while traveling in the UK from the USA. I had it delivered to our first B&B so we could picnic for our noon meals. The hosts of our B&Bs allowed us to freeze it overnight and it kept everything cool until we were ready to eat the following day. It's flat so it fit the tote well. I think I would get two of them the next time because the drinks we carried didn't stay as cool as the sandwiches. I think that one on the bottom of the tote and one on the top would have taken care of this (only) problem.

These freeze boards work really well, and because they're slender they slot easily between items in my cool box. I've used them in a rigid cool box, also a fabric one and in an insulated shopping bag too. Great results in every case, and in the insulated bag they kept my chilled shopping cold until I got home two hours later. Still no sign of them thawing when I unpacked the bag, so goodness knows how long they would have lasted.Summer picnics are around the corner, and I'm confident that these will keep the picnic fare cool for quite a few hours.

This past weekend, with temperatures above 30c, a full cooler with two of these freeze boards and two smaller Thermos packs kept an assortment of items including milk at refrigerator temperatures and the frozen tub of chicken soup was still frozen, with ice on the sides of the container even after 30 hours, in a cheap cooler.The convenience of the flat shape of these boards makes them handy as extra insulation on the sides of the cooler. We're very impressed with the quality of the boards and their effectiveness.

Very useful for squeezing into gaps between food or drink in a cool box. The manufacturer's label is a total pain if you try to remove it, almost impossible to do and it leaves a sticky residue, so the answer is - leave it there! It lost one star of my rating because of this.I bought several of these, they freeze-down quickly because of their thin nature and wide surface area and have been extremely useful. The other reviews for this freezer board were helpful. I hadn't come across anything other than freezer blocks for cold bags before, which I don't have room to keep permanently in the freezer. This is wonderful because it is so thin, which means I can always slip it somewhere in the freezer - and it's as effective as a couple of blocks on top of frozen foods in the cold bag.The price was exceptionally good too - .99p. So go buy one!

I'm sure this is great if you use it for its intended purposes; however, I bought it hoping it was empty and so could fill with alcohol to sneak into a festival. It was such a great plan but fundamentally flawed as this board is pre-filled with freezing liquid. Couldn't cut the cap off to drain it and to be honest I'm glad I couldn't because I don't think vodka would have tasted great coming from this. Great for cooler boxes though!

These arrived quickly and are a perfect compliment to the Thermos Radiance 12 Can Cooler that I bought recently. They freeze quickly (although I almost always leave them overnight in the freezer) and are really thin so they don't take up much space. I've put two of these in a Thermos Bag with two cans and a sandwich and the last can was still cold some 5-6 hours later.Easy to wipe clean and be ready to use again for the next day.

Had these before in a smaller size but damaged in the post or before delivery. The actual product is great and a 200g size is a good size for a sandwich size food container (plastic). I had one above my plastic sealable sandwich bag and one below, but this squashed it. Bought this size for a chiller box to keep fruit and cans in for the car for lunch at work. I like to eat in the car for peace and quiet.

I use these in conjuction with a dc/ac powered portable fridge but it's not always plugged in have left these over night with the fridge turned off and they have to a small extent still been frozen but the other cheaper ones I bought in a cheap shop have been completely melted. I will say they do take up a good bit of room compared to some of the smaller blocks you can buy but these do last longer.

As expected. The two things I wasn't expecting were: (1) To be stung by the cost of postage - which as usual is only revealed at the checkout; and (2) the weight of the freezer boards. I had packed 3 of these into a portable cooler box packed with goodies. After lugging them around an amusement/ theme park for a full day, they do start to look heavier than when we started off that morning...

Use these freezer boards in my freezer bag to keep meal worms in for feeding the birds and have it conveniently sited by the back door. Have to check on them periodically as it is quite mild weather, but they keep frozen for about 48 hours and even longer if it's frosty. Obviously they will need re-freezing more often when the weather warms up a bit, but a very useful item. Very pleased.

Used in conjunction with a cool box and other freeze boards, this product works very well. I bought the items as I was taking up fishing once again and my first trip would be during the excessive heat of the July 2013 heat wave. Items (drinks) in the cool box were kept cool most of the day.This is the size to go for with a 32L cool box as the 800g size is too big to be flexible.

It's pretty thin which is great but to be honest it won't be better than the brick freeze boards. They're thicker and so take longer to defrost. These fit better though. They're not as bulky which is a plus but is also kind of a negative. But it did the job. Kept our cool bag cold/cool on our visit to the sun (aka chester zoo on the hottest day since time began).

It seemed a good idea to have a couple of these freeze boards for my coolbox, to prolong the chill in items not only when going on picnics but when defrosting my fridge and small freezer. The size and shape of the boards make them excellent for economically packing between items or along the sides of the coolbox. I am very pleased with my purchase.
