I've used this for bulletproof coffee along with Kerrygold grass fed butter, and it definitely has an effect. I'll be buying the same product when the one I have runs out, and can't see myself wanting to change.Comes with a nice little measuring cap on the lid so that you can make sure you have the right amount. Just be careful when you have it for the first time, have a teaspoon size and then gradually increase to a tablespoon if that's what you're going for, probably over a good few days. I have read that some people have had dull cramps when having too much MCT oil from never having it before.

Great price, great value, and I experience the increased energy that it gives while adapting to a low carb diet.I feel it helps to "keto-adapt" to become a fat burner and go without food cravings.I mainly use it in drinks like "bulletproof" coffee or "bulletproof" green tea, but also use it in food every now and again (broccoli or cauliflower mash, along with a lot of grass-fed butter).It is completely colourless and odourless as well (as all MCT oils should be).Recommended.

I purchased this oil so I could add it to my Bulletproof® coffees. As it's clear and tasteless I also add it to my protein shakes. Within a couple of days of use I found that I was much less foggy-headed. Within 4-5 days, I realised that my arthritic pain and stiffness was significantly reduced and I felt generally happier and less depressed. I now can't live without it.

I brought this because of the other reviews and because it was cheaper than some of the other MCT oils. It's a great source of energy from a mixture of palm oil, palm kernel oil and coconut oil. The only thing I don't like about this is you can't use it for baking and frying.

I use this MCT after trying several different ones whilst following the Bulletproof Diet. With some others I have had gut issues but I am ok with this brand.There is virtually no taste and it blends well into my coffee. Good value too.

Received this item about 5 days ago and have been using it daily. I train (bodybuilding) about 5 days a week and so far in addition to my supplements this has been helping.

We drink Bulletproof Coffee so adding a good MCT is a must. This product is great value and top quality.
