- have had many ultra-light rain / wind jackets over the years (when it rained, I was usually pretty humid from the inside) - finally after an endurance run of 1.5h in moderate rain fully convinced by Berghaus Hyper 100 - no rain went through - the shirt over the functional underwear was only slightly damp from sweat (in dry conditions without a jacket it is just as damp) - really great - The part can be easily put everywhere or stowed away in cargo pockets - I'm curious if this works the same way when hiking with a backpack

The jacket is cut rather tight. With my squat height of 167cm / 68kg, size M was too tight. The exchanged size L fits perfectly. The specified sleeve lengths in the size table are far off. For the jacket size L this is actually 70cm (not 89). The functionality has yet to be proven, but the impression of the material and workmanship is excellent.

After two days in the rain I have a clear opinion about this jacket: brilliant fabric. So light yet waterproof and pleasant. I am over 1.90 and weigh around 115 kg, the xxl fits perfectly.

Ultralight jacket that is waterproof and breathable. Wide-fitting hood. super quality
