My son is a massive car fan and loves ride on cars and go-karts. He is a very tall 8 year old and had outgrown all of his ride on toys. I purchased this as a Christmas present for him and am pleased that I did. He loves it! We are lucky enough to have a fairly large garden and he takes every opportunity to go out and ride this around, which he will do for hours. He also likes taking it out if we go for a walk around the neighbourhood. It is an exceptionally well made go-kart and still has plenty of adjustment to keep him riding for a good number of years, I have no doubt that it will last him that long too.The only thing I have done to it is upgraded the wheel bearings,the originals of which were not up to the standard of the rest of the kart, one bearing actually collapsed when he was riding the same day he got it. I contacted Berg, but they refused to do anything to help. I purchased replacements from a bearing supplier and they were easy to fit, the kart works much better with them. It is the one thing that I think Berg could improve on concerning production. They also need to have better customer service if they are marketing themselves as a high end manufacturer, which basically they are. These are my reasons for only giving 4 stars. Other than that it is fantastic.

I was a little disappointed after researching the kart it was made in china and not by berg europe as i thought.. the headrace bearing in the kart squeeks no matter how many times i have ajusted it and oiled it... !!! No trouble with the assembly of the kart it went together no problem and my son who got it for his 6th birthday loves it so do his friends next door... in the park the kids stop n stare and ask aloud for their fathers to get "One of those Cars "... its a real head turner and the adjustable seat will keep it in use till he is at least ten... its built strong and its not light ( 25 kilos )to lift into the car u will have to put rear seats down and it will just fit its not small this kart ...overall i am very pleased with its strong build and smooth operation i just hate the squeek fron the headrace bearing... if it never had the squeek it would have got 5 stars all day long...

We purchased each of our grandchildren ranging in age from 2 to 15. Our youngest has the smaller size but was determined when his siblings took off in theirs. They love them and have tons of fun with them. We also purchased the trailer. Our 2 year old loves to ride in the trailer.

Great product! My son loves it and it is well built for many years of riding. My son is 9 years old and very tall for his age and he still has some room to grow into this cart. We love Berg!!

My son loves it. It’s quality build and adjustable seat means he will get many years of enjoyment and use from it. Highly recommend it.
