This review is an edit of my previous review. Once again, I would like to commend the seller for the fast, overnight shipment. The only gripes I have are that, one, I received the item that looks nowhere near the item in the image, which is extremely misleading. Unlike the item in the image, the DisplayPort cable I received was entirely black. I would have appreciated if I could have obtained the item like in the image. Secondly, I rarely encounter some blanking of the screen with the cable, which is a very frustrating experience, which I only encounter with the DisplayPort cable. I have tried the DVI cables that came with the monitor, which I recently bought, which is the ASUS VE278Q,

I would have given this cable 4 stars, but the connector shown in the picture is not what is delivered. However, the cable is still Belkin and of good quality. I will say that if any of you experience any difficulties with your Displayport cable or monitor, make sure your cable is plugged in completely, your BIOS settings are set correctly for dual monitor display if you are using an integrated Graphics Processing Unit (iGPU), and that all of your drivers are up to date. I had many issues getting my dual monitor setup (Dell U2311H's) to work properly. Once I did all of these things, my monitors work great. Displayport is a great connection standard, but it seems that all has to be right as rain for it to work properly.

Beautiful cables for those looking for high quality as well. I used these on a recent water-cooling high-end gaming computer. They were the perfect finish to go along with my color-scheme and the quality matched the expense I put into the actual components in my rig.Plus, these are much easier to work with because each individual cable is braided allowing for the exact cable management you'd want to see in a no-expense-spared type of computer build. Since that project I now use these in just about every computer rig I build simply because they are very inexpensive and are very easy to work with!

I have purchased a number of DP cables in the past and all incorrectly had the 20th pin connected causing no end of issues with my monitor sending it to blackscreens and lockups requiring power cycles to get the monitor pick up the signal again. This cable however is to spec with the 20th pin not connected and works much better with my monitor but sadly it appears that the prior out of spec cables with the 20th connected I have used have damaged my monitor's DP and I still get the rare blackscreen. 10/10 product to spec.

I have an alienware m15x and a dell u2412m monitor. Since both of them only have displayport other than HDMI, so I need a displayport to displayport cable. But when I do some research on Amazon, none displayport to displayport have a good review, so I just purchase this one and give it a try. Really glad of this purchase, the signal is stable, seems that it's a cable with good quality. Only drawback is is a little pricey compared to others. So rate it 4 star.

As another reviewer noted, the actual cable received doesn't exactly match the one in the picture, which is okay with me. Mine is all black.The cable is a standard Belkin product -- way over the top in durability. I've seen no hint of flicker or any other problems typically cable related. It is a little expensive, but it's a Belkin cable. You have to pay for quality.

I used couple of different DP cables with my new Samsung U28D290D 4K monitor, and had problem with sleep mode (monitor would not come back on). Even the supplied cable included with the Samsung monitor has the problem. I finally found this cable which works perfect. The problem is with pin 20 which shall not be used (this cable is not connecting pin 20).

Love DisplayPort. Well constructed cable with a nice button on the head to release the interlock. I prefer DP over HDMI any day, the cord is lighter and has a spring interlock which is far superior to HDMI friction plug with heavy and stiff wires that can fall out or even damage the port. Do yourself and get one.

Good displayport cable, in OEM/bulk looking packaging (not Belkin retail package). What to say... it's a video cable. It's of good quality. Only thing to note, if it matters to you, is that the ends are not silver, as shown in the picture, but were actually black. If that matters to you.

I bought these cables after going throught many Mini-Displayport to Displayport cables. As another reviewer posted pin 20 in not connected. Solved the displayport link failure messages I was receiving. I had to use Mini-DisplayPort to Displayport Female adapters to use this cable.

Good DisplayPort. I didn't receive one like in the picture. The one I got was black plastic. I was expecting a silver metal or silver plastic around the ends. Either way it works great. Maybe they should change the picture to reflect the actual cable.

Not sure if it was v1.2 compatible but it works when i connected my gpu to my screen which i am now running at 1080p at 60hz. oh yea and they were right about the color i received an all back cable but i think it looks better that way

Works fantastic and is a great deal - much cheaper (and easier to find) than in the store (BB, Tigerdirect.com had to special order this). Highly recommend (unless you are able to go with Thunderbolt).

Not that I need to think about it much once it is plugged in, but this connection type was new to me and I was very surprised how well made it was. Cool beans!Bob

It's different from picture but I'm sure it's Belkin. It's ok with my Asus 4k monitor. No problem with the 3840 x 2160 60hzFast shipping, Good customer care.
