This is a Behringer Ultra-DI DI100 with a bit of extra, optional circuitry. Everything good that has been said about the DI100 applies to the GI100. It's reliable, built to withstand the rigours of real world use, and provides an exceptionally faithful signal for a very reasonable price. Why people will pay more for a DI box is a mystery to me. The only flaw with the unit is that fitting a battery is fiddly. As I have bad hands this is an irritation, but only a minor one because, if you're using the box in a professional environment, the chances are you have phantom power available anyway. (If you do use batteries, consider buying a box of Duracell Procells.

While setting up a conference in London we found that the speakers had a very bad electrical buzzing sound that was painful to the ears and would not cease no matter what volume level. I went online and found this on a different website but price was much higher and deliver took over a week, while we needed it within a day. I purchased the product and the next day 4pm we had the product and the problem was complexly solved. Its a very sturdy design compact and very simple works perfectly. very happy with the product and the delivery time. Would recommend.

I use it to send my harmonica amp to the PA for live performance. It does exactly what it should: the x4 cab feature fattens up the sound a touch on its way to front of house and the dB reduction of -20/40 helps eliminate live performance issues. It also features a ground lift button, which can help with interference/humming issues (depending on their cause of course...)

I had a problem with another DI that would not connect with a particular pedal. However, my existing Ultra G worked fine so, on spec, I bought another and, guess what, it worked just fine. These DI boxes are great, they are well made and come in a robust case. I regularly use my two, now, for gigging and would recommend them unreservedly.

Really good quality DI box at a great price. Another winner from Behringer. I loved the emulated cab output as well, I have been able to play gigs using an Orange Micro Terror run through this with the cab emulation turned on straight into the PA and it has worked really well.

I already had a Behringer DI box so expected this to be OK. I was surprised at the sound quality when plugging an electric guitar into the PA via this box. It produces a very good quality sound especially considering its price point. Very pleased with it.

As the title intimates, I bought this, and it's great, but I subsequently found out that my xenyx mixer accepts my electro acoustic perfectly well without it. It's nice and chunky and I'm sure I'll find a use for it elsewhere in my kit.

An amazing piece of kit.It's so cheap for what it offers, compared to others.Great simulation - better than my software plugins.

Great bit of kit! Got rid of earth hum over a 30 metre run from laptop headphone output to mixing desk 30 or so metres away.....
