I brought this as a substitute for my baby kit's when their mother (my rabbit) decided when they were a day old she did not want to feed them. I was told that kitten milk was the closest for baby rabbit's so brought this. Good instructions, however the quantities are made for kittens which is a much larger volume than for kit's so if using this as a rabbit sub you will need to work out what you would need to make up for 1ml. The baby rabbit's thrived on this powdered kitty milk and having to be hand fed drop by drop by me until they weaned onto solid food it worked a treat. The powder also stores well and makes up nice a smooth with hot water.

I purchased this because my cat Mitten's at the time was being spaded (neutered) and the poor kittens she had didn't have anything to drink. So for a few weeks i was feeding them on this with a syringe. Soon they were drinking on their own and lapping this stuff up fast. My more older and stray cat Tinkle's soon wondered what this stuff was and he now has been hooked on it.A perfect substitute for milk, please be careful giving cats supermarket milk as it does give them diarrhoea: take it from personal experience owning and taking care of cats.

This is excellent for people needing to bottle feed kittens or kittens being weaned of mum, even kittens and adults love it especially good for pregnant cats as gives the good nutrition. I have had a few litters of kittens over the years and always used this it last a long time and is easy to make, i simple put a one or two spoon fulls in a saucepan with a little water warm it up and when i can feel it warm put it in the bottle or syringe and give to them, or dish is they are weaning.hope this helps anyone looking :)

Got this as an occasional treat for our cat instead of the Whiskas cat milk. She doesn't drink much when we do treat her, so a bottle of Whiskas would go to waste as it has to be used within 3 days of opening and we don't give this every day. This is great. I mixed up 1 tsp of powder with 3.5 tsp of warm water and she went nuts. She only drank half so I'll cut this down going forward. Seems to be a higher quality preparation.

Have used this milk now for two abandoned kittens of separate ages that needed bottle feeding...both seemed to like this (no upset tummies) and have grown into energetic happy youngsters!It can be a little tricky to mix smooth, but I found using more cooled-than-not boiled water the best to ensure no lumps, and used a whisk rather than a spoon.All in all a good milk with a decent price that I would definitely recommend.

I bought this when my cat got pregnant as a precaution. Luckily I never had to use it as milk replacement but instead I used it for the nursing cat and she loves it. Every so often I now buy this as a treat for my cats and they go crazy for it. It has a lovely sweet smell and freshly heated up it causes the cats to make the sweetest excited sounds when they hear it being brewed.

We are hand-rearing three abandoned newborn kittens. We're using Beaphar and the kits are feeding beautifully. They are only 5 days old so it's very early days, but they have already nearly doubled their birth weight. Our vet recommended a much more expensive milk, but as they're doing so well on this we don't want to rock the boat so are sticking to Beaphar for the time being.

The kittens love it. I have fed it to them both in a bottle and a bowl. They always want some. I do dilute it more than what is recommended sometimes as it does encourage the cats to drink, particularly important in the hot weather. I don't know whether it is just the aroma or the taste of it but it does make them drink even when the dosage is just a drop in the ocean.

4* ...... I loved this milk for my newborn foster kittens. It was easy to make up and what made it simple was the I could make up a big batch and use it up within 24hrs. Only slight downside was it made the kittens trump alot and it was smelly. But ill used it again, in fact I've 7 tubs left over and I'm just waiting for that phone for baby kittens!

I have a small kitten who was separated from her mother quite young... she is enjoying this milk and I am sure it is doing her lots of good, as she needs as much extra help to grow as possible, she is very tiny for her age (8 weeks when she came to live with me and now 13 weeks). Also my 2 year old cat enjoys to laps some of the milk too.

fantastic for small kittens! My little George is the last remaining kitty from a litter of 4. The rest died. I was giving him Babycat Milk and it was good, but it smelt weird, like smelly socks! :-0 bought this and it smells lovely- like vanilla! and George loves it too he's a chubby little baby now!

I rescue hedgehogs and this milk is perfect for the baby hoglets as they cannot have cows milk. It is sensible sized containers and mixes really smoothly. The hoglets love it! I have been paying a lot more than this in the shops so will be shopping from here from now on.

Perfect for our orphan kittens, contains all the necessary nutrients for them and they enjoyed drinking it. Gave two little kittens the perfect start and enabled them to grow into two little monsters. Delivery was fast and the milk is cheaper than in the shops.

This was fantastic when my father's cat had a broken jaw and could not eat as the vet had wired his jaw. He had not eaten for two days, so I ordered this product and he started drinking it immediately. It probably saved his life.

I purchased this for my pregnant cat and also to have in reserve if there are any problems with her kittens like if she rejects them, I will be ordering more if needed as she preferred it to bottled cat milk from a shop
