I chose to buy this tent before going on holiday to Mexico with my 8 month old. I was slightly apprehensive, having read numerous reviews saying it can be hard to fold but decided it still looked like the best bet.It arrived promptly and can be put up in 3 seconds, as advertised by Babymoov. The instructions for putting away however are not so clear. After nearly 30 mins of grappling with the tent whilst watching the youtube video (ironically accompanied by a song about a 'miracle'....which at times felt like it may have been referring to the miracle of getting the blooming thing to fold away!) it suddenly just clicked and I now appear to have the 'knack' that other reviewers have mentioned.

This was a brilliant purchase - flips up in seconds and folding down takes about ten seconds too! We took on holiday for our four month old baby and it was brilliant for him to lay in and take a nap whilst we knew he was well protected from the sun. It meant my husband and I could fully enjoy sitting by the pool and didn't have to have one of us go back to the room for our baby to nap. It's big enough for an adult to sit in too and we also used it to store some things in our of the sun! It doesn't have a front sheet to close it but I liked this as could keep an eye on the baby. The air mesh at the sides meant he also had good ventilation. We have also used it by the swimming pool at our condo at home (we live in Singapore)

I was originally given a second hand family sun tent from someone but it was a nightmare to put away. I read the reviews on Amazon and decided to take a chance on this tent.It arrived this morning so while my son was napping I decided to try it out. It is a dream to use, follow the video on the Babymoov website and you will quickly have it folding away perfectly. I found it was all about the positioning of your hands on the tent but again if you watch the video closely it shows you where to place them.We are off to Spain in a few weeks and I will be taking it with me for my 6 month old and there will even be room for me as well!The carry bag is slightly bigger than unexpected but will fit in

A fantastic product. The tent literally unfolds in seconds, is spacious and of course, keeps your little one protected in the sun. Perfect for either the garden, park or beach, this tent is exactly what we wanted, however, it lost a star due to the fact it is incredibly tricky to collapse and get back into the bag. After watching numerous YouTube clips and with a bit of patience, we got there in the end, though I'm sure there's a knack to it and will get easier with practise! Also, could be more durable if the bottom was proper ground sheet material like an actual tent, as after one use, our tent is already marked with a few muddy patches, even though it was dry. For what we paid though,

I bought this item a few weeks ago for my 6 month old baby girl to lay in whilst in the garden, given the very warm temperatures we've had recently this tent has proved invaluable and is perfect in every way. There is plenty of space inside, it remains cool, it's exceptionally lightweight and really does 'pop open' in one fluid movement, very easy indeed. My friend has a baby too and we quite often put both babies in there at the same time and there is still plenty of room for them plus toys etc. It comes with tent pegs so you can secure it down and also has a carry bag. We are going abroad soon and this will be coming with us as she loves laying/rolling about in it whilst also being able to see us.

This is a lovely little tent that keeps my 6 month old in the shade and somewhat contained now that he's getting more mobile! The mesh panel means the inside of the tent doesn't get too hot - even in a heatwave in the South of France - and it's big enough that even grandad managed to get in comfortably to play. It's a pop-up and there's a knack to collapsing it but once you know how it's fine - it folds neatly into its own bag and hardly weighs anything. It's worth having something a bit cushioned to go on the base as it's only thin and offers no comfort on a harder surface. I put a Red Kite inflatable activity ring in mine and my son never wanted to come out!

Have been using this product in my garden with my daughter who is 4months old. She hates wearing hats and I had been struggling to get her outside when not in her pram. The tent has meant I can take her out and she will happily sit in the tent and watch or nap while I am gardening, hanging wash out or sitting out enjoying the sun. If it is a bit breezy I am happy knowing it offers her some shelter. We have managed to put it up and take down without any problem and the bag is handy to carry and hang up when not in use. Looking forward to taking her to the beach with it this summer.

This sun shade is great. Bought it for our first holiday with our 10wk old baby girl and provided us with perfect shade to keep her cool. Used on grass (poolside) and the beach, it was easy to use and the stars and circles on the designs captured her attention. Plenty of I'm inside and know we'll use it right up through toddler stages. Once you figure out how to fold it up (not hard - watch the online video) it fit easily into our check in luggage. Super light as well, we would totally recommend this to other families and will be definitely taking it with us on future holidays.

It is very handy on the beach for feeding and changing a baby with no sandy mess. Even my 11 year old used it to take off her wet bikini in the end of the day. I was apprehensive when buying it because lots of reviews said they couldn't collapse it....well I'm glad I bought it in the end because it is as easy to collapse it, as to take it out of the bag. Found a really helpful video on YouTube from beachmum who explain it a lot better than the official babymoov video. It really does take 5 seconds to fold it. Very pleased with the tent.

This little tent is fab - it pops up in a second, is light and stores in a little carry bag which has an integral pocket to store four little pegs. My 4 month old baby has used this in our garden and we pop it in the car when we go out as it's so compact. Its airy & cool inside and can easily fit a bouncer chair or play mat. Instructions on how to put it down are not clear, but you tube has a video and it's actually dead easy once you can watch someone do it. I'm very pleased with this purchase and think it's great value for money.

Item worked perfectly for a trip to the beach with our 7 week old! Many reviews said it was hard to fold back up but we didn't have a problem. The net closure was very convenient and kept our little one nice and cool in the hot summer sun! I was very worried about our son getting sunburned but we did not have to worry about it one bit. It came in perfect condition and just as described. I would recommend this product to anyone with young children. We will definitely be able to use this for the next few years for our son as well.

Bought to take down to the beach for our 10 week old's first trip to the seaside. It provided him with excellent shade and by standing a small clip on pram fan in it we were able to keep him nice and cool. It's big enough to spread his play mat out and put toys in for him to play with. With Amazon Prime it was great to get it the next day and try it out - particularly to work out how to put it back in the bag. Still not got the hang of the packing it away but there are videos online which are of varying degrees of helpfulness!

I was looking for a child friendly UV tent for my son when plying in the garden. This tent is a lovely size, that my 14 month old son and 7 month old cousin could fit into it with room to spare. I could even sit in it with my son, although I am not very tall! We even managed to squeeze it into our travel cot to take away on holiday. Easy to assemble and once you know the knack, really easy to pop away. Doesn't take up much room as very flat. Happy as safe in the knowledge my son is protected from the sun.

We have been using this tent at the beach for our infant for about 4 months and are happy with the purchase. As noted it is VERY difficult to fold back up but in its folded state it is flat and easily portable. The size is nice and the material is decent quality. An adult can fit inside (barely) if need be for diaper changes, etc. Does the job of making a protected area for the baby to hang out. It can get hot inside but we try to position the back air vent so the breeze comes through the tent.

I bought this to take to spain with our baby. We haven't got to spain yet but it's been great for garden parties with little ones and trips to the park. I have used it to breast feed in while keeping baby protected and my face out of the sun!One down side is that when folded the circle is rather too large to fit in my backpack (conventional large suit cases should be ok), so we took it as hand luggage. Other minus is that the mesh bits let through light and i presume this is not spf50+
