I'm sure this is a great product, but it wasn't what we needed. The description on Amazon (or any other sites, for that matter) did not make it clear that the anchoring belt needs to go under the bed and attach on the other side of the bed frame. As the bed we needed to fit it to was designed in a way that didn't permit this, the item was not usable for us.The quality of the item was clearly good and it seemed like it would be strong and fit for purpose if used in the way intended. Our only problem with it was the unsuitability for us. Of course, Amazon accepted the return easily and refunded our purchase price immediately.

Easy to assemble and (even more importantly) easy to dismantle and fold back into the travel bag. V useful for holidays especially if you're not sure what ge sleeping arrangements will be. It means I can put my two (under 4 years) in a double bed, push the bed up against the wall and use the bed guard on the other side. I knocked off one star because it is pretty heavy and adds a bit to your luggage allowance BUT it's still easier then travelling with a travel cot and means the kids get to sleep on a proper mattress wherever we go.

My 4 month baby will not sleep on his own at present & I wanted to make sure he was as safe as possible in my bed. I initially purchased this baby guard from Argos but the mesh had a hole in it. Even though I worried about the fault I tried to buy it from them again but they were out of stock. So I bought it from Amazon. It's a good design & whilst better suited to a single bed it does work for a double. So far the mesh is still intact. I would recommend.

I do like it, you have to remember which order need to assemble so that it is set up correctly but otherwise it has been a real life saver especially when staying in hotels where you don't know what the layout of the beds are like till you get there. Mostly used on single beds but does work on duvan type double beds it's just that the matters takes up much of the depth. Still stops my daughter rolling out though.

I've been using his for my daughter in her kingsize bed since she was two years old and she loves it. It's so easy to assemble and really sturdy too, whilst being soft and comfy to our against. Totally recommend this product, it's fab. The last one broke after a few years purely bec she is now give and climbed on it which was her fault, nothing to do with the product itself. This is a must have for all parents

Got this for my busy mischievous 2Y boy as he transfers from Cot to toddler bed.It is very well made and straight forward for a single person to put together.Would liked a nicer colour but thats a personal taste preference.Happy to recommend this as it keeps my mover safely in his bed without rolling out.It is quite heavy when disassembled for traveling would be my only comment.

Good quality item at reasonable price. Difficult to correctly install on a king size divan, appears more suited for a double bed with wooden slats. Sturdy so confident child won’t fall out. Annoyingly locks in place in the down position whereby you need two hands and a good grip to unlock it and have it set upwards.

Bought this to keep at my parents house when my son stays. I have a more permanent one at home, but this was a good price and it folds small when not in use so is ideal for a grandparents house. Still just as secure as a solid one in my experience and easy to assemble. Comes with a little bag for storage.

Quick delivery. Easy to put up, but instructions for installing onto bed aren't the best. Didn't take long to figure out how to best ensure it was completely secure. My little one lives beimg able to get in and out of his own bed and I love knowing that he can't roll out in tye night!

Really useful portable size when folded and put in the bag. A bit fiddly to work our now to put together but got the hang of it after a few tries.Annoying that the bag drawstring doesn’t clip together so the poles fall out the bag! But not a big deal

It fits a slatted cot bed and is very easy to assemble and fit. It comes almost assembled & is constructed like a travel cot which makes it super easy. The fact that it folds up is a bonus. By far and away the best choice.

Very good, solid product. The mesh is actually quite nice as it helps den building and is gentler than a solid wall. As it relies on the weight of the child and the mattress it scales to a degree as the child grows.

Great bedguard. More portable than another we tried. Easier to use than some as the bar that runs underneath the mattress stops it flapping about if you have a slatted base- again, not all have this.

Steady and good quality... Arrived fast, too.I use it on my bed as I co-sleep with my 9-month-old. It prevents him from rolling out during sleep and doesn't move even if he leans on it.

It does the job and stops my little one from falling out of bed however it pushes the bed apart slightly causing the slats to barely reach so keep dropping out.
