Great tyre, never had an issue with these.When I switched to these Avons from the Dunlop Roadsmart III, the steering/handling felt really different with light steering feedback but once you get used to the handling characteristics the grip in all conditions is as good, if not better, that the Roadsmarts. In fact the Dunlops suffered from front wheel vibration from the outset - one of the reasons I changed to the Avons once worn.Wear pattern is strange with significant cupping after 5,000 miles but no different to other brands I have tried on the same bike so likely a quirk of the ST1300 and my riding style.

Very good value front tyre which offers exceedingly good handling and grip at all angles! I noticed an immediate improvement when taking my DUCATI ST2 out following fitting of the Avon tyre.

3rd Avon Storm 3M on my 1999 K1200 LT, won't have anything else...... until they come up with a better one if that is possible
