The quality of the brake pads is simply super.Habe previously tried other semisinter, but unfortunately the squeak sounds were really too much. With this one is not a problem. No squeaking (only in wet weather after a long nichhtbramsen, but I consider this as system-dependent with disc brakes), very good braking effect and very little wear. The price of about € 16 is worth it. But the best thing is that not only brake linings are delivered, but also a fuse splint and these small nasty safety discs that fall quickly to the ground and become invisible. This package has earned 5 stars absolutely!

Brake pads are used with me all year (ie also under the most adverse conditions - summer as winter). I've already used a lot of brake pads (sintered, organic steel), also other manufacturers. The original Avid Elixir in organic aluminum is for me the best compromise between good braking and durability. Also against cheaper competition products because of the longer durability (hold with me about 500km longer) ultimately cheaper.

I had organic brake pads (they all stand on), which always caused brake noises. With these coverings no longer a problem and pack just as well as organic. Sure, if these are once wet then quitscht it at the beginning once, but is finished after a short time. But you always go in good weather and there is no problem anyway.

Brake of Avid, covering of Avid ... then nothing can go wrong! The sintered lining lasts much longer and is not as "toxic" as the organic coating (I meant the brake behavior and not because I eat the flooring)

Passgenau and all small parts! One click and the pads are stuck in the XX brakes. The brake pads brake from the beginning as they should! Shipping of bikester as always super fast

Easy installation, But remember that disc brake pads only reach the full braking performance when a few times forcefully braked - then super braking effect without Quitschen

Although gives more favorable pads for the Elixir, but the original ones of Avid are simply top. Shipping was bikeunit.de typical fast and uncomplicated.

Go even the organic variant and am very satisfied. No fading and no pressure point wandering. Only the price is of course slightly higher

Organic / aluminum is the best brake pad for the Elixir brake. - Super brake performance even when wet - Do not quit - easy installation

Have the pads as a reserve for my old bought and not yet assembled therefore I can only say good price and fast delivery.

As a replacement for the original equipment. Reach good and after proper retraction also almost no more squeal.

Brakes flawlessly, even in wet and mud. The dosage is significantly better than the sintered metal variant.

Replaced worn OEM pads. Simple to fit, then bedded in quickly and work just fine in BB7s in 406 wheel.
