Amazing shampoo if you're transitioning to grey hair.I made the decision not to colour my brown hair any more and decided to go grey 'gracefully'. I was expecting to hate the growing out process but a friend recommended this shampoo. Almost from the first shampoo, it made a huge difference to my hair. It is so cleansing, leaving hair squeaky clean. My greying hair started to look more like highlights. I get loads of comments like "I'd let my hair go grey if it looked like yours" etc..It might seem like an expensive shampoo but you really do only need to use a tiny amount (about the size of a 5p coin). It lathers brilliantly and leaves hair feeling so silky.

Wow is all I can say i recived this yesterday and have already used it twice I wash my hair daily first thing i noticed on first wash was a reduction in breakage on my hair i would normally get a lot in the water but hardly any using this and I have also noticed to day my hair looks already much brighter than it did I have very dark brown hair looks almost a black colour that has almost gone grey now also last point my hair is thick and cause and it feels so much softer today. So its a huge thumbs up for Aveda Shampoo and this will now be the only brand I use from now on highly recommend

I used to buy this shampoo when my kids were younger but changed to a different organic shampoo for some reason or another. My son ,however ,told me he thinks his scalp doesn’t get on very well with the shampoo I’ve been buying for him so I decided to buy this one again. He’s only used it once and the dry, itchy scalp issues he’s been having have cleared up completely. I’m so glad I could buy this from amazon, the price point is the best I found. I’ll continue to buy this from here on in. It smells lovely and leaves hair really clean without drying it. Perfect.

We had used Aveda Blue Marva shampoo for years in the UK but found itimpossible to buy here in Spain, so when we saw this on Amazon, we weredelighted and purchased two of the litre bottles. This shampoo takesyellow tinge out of white hair and leaves it soft, glossy and manageable,it also lasts for ages so whilst it may seem expensive, it works out quitea lot cheaper in the long run.It was recommended to me and I would certainly recommend it to anyone with white/grey hair that maybe seems a bit drab.

I love aveda stuff but I don't remember this blue shampoo years ago having that really long 'm' word that is a well know irritantMy hands came out in a rash within a few minutesReally annoying because I ditched another cheaper make for the same reason -rashBut this does smell so almondy the other smelt vile so overall 4 stars for best blue shampooI have bottle bleach blonde hair not silver hairIt tones out orange strands leave it on for a few minutes though

I have been using the Aveda Blue Malva shampoo and the blue Malva conditioner for 6 weeks, the difference in making my hair sparkle and silvery is amazing. I have my hair coloured grey, the condition is superb, but you can only use the conditioner twice a week, if you use more you may turn your hair blue, its not called BLUE malva for nothing. Support from Aveda is very good, as a previous salon mucked up the colour but using these products has changed all that

I have been using this shampoo for over 10 yrs and wouldn't use anything else. It does take out any yellow that may be in my grey hair, and leaves it a lovely silvery colour. I have many complimentary comments and always promote this shampoo. It can be bought much cheaper than Aveda, If you are grey please give this shampoo a try. I really don't understand any negative comments.

I have used Aveda Blue Malva Shampoo for a number of years,1 Shampoo that does my hair so much good.(no chemicals)2 Even blond hair shines.( its a blue shampoo)3 A little goes a long way.(have diluted it with some water)all I can say if you want to do the best for your blond hair (even your husbands), use Blue Malva and enjoy.

So happy to have this back in my life ! I've been using this shampoo on and off (blonde periods) for twenty years now and no other shampoo comes near for highlighted hair. It removes brassy tones and for white hair like my mother leaves a silvery sheer. I love the smell , just need to buy the conditioner now , wish it was cheaper !

COVID-19 has made me make the decision to stop colouring my hair and I’m really excited to be going grey! This lovely rich shampoo helps prevent my coloured ends from going a weird brassy orange colour in the sun. And the silvery bits look really pretty or so I am told! I did try other “blue” shampoos but this is the best.

My hair is white and according to my hairdresser in excellent condition. This is due to using nothing but Aveda blue Malva. It is also so economical. My hair is short and I squeeze out the shampoo approximately the size of 20p. It gives tons of lather and the smell is lovely. A 1000ml bottle lasts me months.

Love, love, love this - only wish it was cheaper (but I guess it lasts a long time and it is a little miracle in a bottle). I use it on my hair which is thick and knotty and within minutes it feels soft, clean and manageable. I also use it on my daughter and her smells gorgeous!

I am delighted to have Blue Malva, but I only wanted a normal size bottle and this 1 litre will doubtless last me a lifetime, provided it doesn't have a time limit such as a best before. I couldn't understand why the parcel was so heavy - until I opened it.....Silly me!!!!

Really love this shampoo and it smells great, slightly almondy/marzipan. Did not notice it made my hair shine as some other people commented. My hair is very grey and coarse textured. Lasts well so initial outlay expensive but long term reasonable price for a good product.

I was delighted to be able to buy this shampoo from Amazon, as when I went to the Alveda Shop in Derby recently they didn't have in stock, can you believe that!! It is an excellent product and I won't bother going into Derby next time I need some more. Well done Amazon.
