The balm is a good consistency - not too thick or runny and I was pleasantly surprised at how well it absorbs. It smells fine and for those who don't particularly like the smell of teatree, the scent dissipates quickly. A small drop is enough for the back of each thigh for me (where I have most trouble with ingrown hairs), it leaves my skin feeling soft and doesn't leave my hands feeling sticky/greasy afterwards! So far I'm happy, I just use it after every hair removal but confident it would be suitable for more regular use. Would buy again :)

I really enjoy this product. I have been using for a few months now, and I can say I really noticed a difference between not using it and using it. I have almost to no in grown hair, which was really common for me before. It is not really hydrating but it is not claiming to be either. It's light and a bit sticky to use, but once the skin absords it, it leaves the skin soft. I will buy it again when I will run out of the one I've got.

I love the smell and texture, it’s not sticky or greasy and absorbs really well into my skin. A little bit does go a really long way so for the price, it’s fantastic. I’ve been using for about a month now and it’s completely changed how I feel about my legs. I’ve always struggled with ingrown hairs and because I’m painfully pale, they’re immediately visible when I’m bare legged but this balm has done wonders for me. 100% recommend

I bought this after shaving my head for the first time, during our current "lockdown", to handle some of the razor bumps and ingrown hairs. It works amazingly. My scalp felt cooled immediately and there was a fairly rapid reduction in symptoms.I'm now left with a beautifully-smooth and bump-free scalp. Highly recommend this to anyone shaving their head, particularly for the first time!

I love this. Wasn't sure of the smell at first, it's tea tree, so smells quite clinical but it makes your skin feel extremely clean and healthy. The smell fades quite quickly so its not at all over powering. My skin has never felt this soft, I've also been using the matching body balm and I've really noticed how smooth my skin is. Extremely happy, thank you.

only just started using this but have been impressed already with the soothing effect it gives after shaving. I tend to suffer from ingrown hairs and itchiness after shaving but this has helped ease this. It hasnt prevented ingrown hairs/razor bumps just yet but has stopped the itching. Hoping after time the ingrown/bumps will be greatly reduced

I have a couple of areas that are particularly sensitive after shaving. It does not make any difference whether I shave every day or not. From the moment I came across 'Red spot lotion' ( a curious description for what we brits call razor rash), it has been a permanent item in my washbag. Brilliant product, I cannot praise it highly enough!

What a great product. Having started to suffer with ingrown hairs after leg waxing, I looked for something to help prevent this happening. Using both an exfoliating sponge and then moisturising with the Australian Body balm for Aftershave, I haven’t had a problem! It really has helped and I will be buying it again.

Firstly the smell of your products are amazing! I purchased the body scrub and after shaving balm and my skin has honestly never felt smother.I’ve only used them twice and it amazing what a difference it’s made to my skin. Would 100% recommend. Worth every penny and the size of the bottles are more than enough!x

I had a waxing a couple of weeks ago, but this time for some reason when the hair started to grow back in it was very uncomfortable and tender along with that plucked chicken look. A few days of using this product did the trick, it calmed the whole area down. You could use it for a multitude of things really.

I have suffered with shaving rash for many years and wasted money on products that made huge claims on what could be achieved if purchased. For me this product has made a visible improvement on my skin. Irritation and shaving bumps have been reduced. I would highly recommend that you try this product.

This product is a life saver! I suffer from really bad razor burn and I’ve tried so many products but this one worked straight away! I’ve now subscribed because I couldn’t go a day without using this product. The smell isn’t great however it doesn’t last after you’ve rinsed it off. Highly recommend!!

I did definitely see a difference straight away from first use. 100% works, was hoping it would treat old ingrown hairs / dark spots, not so much. But DEFINITELY works after shaving now, and my legs look soooo much clearer than they did before. Will defiantly be part of my skincare routines!

Thin cream smelling of lovely tea tree oil that almost immediately soothes the freshly shaven skin. It does what it says on the tin really which is brilliant. Fits its purpose, can't ask for more.
