I purchased this product after reading about all the benefits of tongue scraping online. I’m someone who uses a separate toothbrush to get rid of any extra debris to clean my tongue and keep it looking nice and pink, but wanted to see what the copper tongue scrapers had to offer.The first thing I noticed is that if you haven’t focused on cleaning your tongue in a while and there is a little build-up, then this scraper will take the majority of it off straight away with little effort. I was watching a video on YouTube about three different people getting their tongue professionally cleaned and they used this tool (not same brand) to clean their tongue. When they used it a yellow coating over their tongue came to the surface, this tool allows you to ensure that your tongue is clean and avoid bacteria to build up on the surface of your tongue. I was interested to see what my tongue looked like, so I looked in the mirror at my tongue and at the back of my tongue was a yellow substance that had built up on the back of it, I had no idea it was back there.. I've been using it for 3 months and have noticed a positive difference in my health. I feel ashamed for not knowing how important tongue scraping is and wish I had this product years ago because it's so different from merely brushing one's tongue with a toothbrush. I used to get painful sores on my tongue after drinking alcohol. Yes the sugar will do that, but after using this product, that is no longer an issue. I give credit to the fact that my mouth is just significantly cleaner because of tongue scraping. I've also read into how important oral hygiene is in regard to the immune system. And, *knock on wood, but I haven't caught even the slightest cold or illness thus far.

This product has essentially changed my life - my confidence really suffered before as I've struggled with tonsil stones for a long time. I used to have to worry about always having chewing gum on hand, used to brush my teeth around 4 times a day and would always be conscious when talking to people that I didn't get too close! It affected my life to the point where I was starting to consider having surgery that I'd have to pay for myself.Well, I no longer do any of the above - except brushing twice a day, of course! I've been using the product every day for around a month, and I've not had a single stone in that time, compared to around 3 a week previously.The only thing I haven't marked as 5 stars is the slightly metallic taste you sometimes get,

I already have a plastic tongue cleaner which doesn't really make much of a difference, this Copper one is on a whole new level of clean. The first thing I noticed was that when I scrape my tongue I could actually see all the debris and discolouration coming off and it leaves my tongue completely smooth and pink with no discolouration at all, I have never achieved this with my plastic one. The copper effectively scrapes every single last particle of debris off and my bad taste has gone completely which I've never really been able to totally eradicate until now despite using a waterpik, electric toothbrush, mouthwash and probiotics. It's all down to the Copper which naturally and effectively eliminates the bacteria that cause bad breath.

So ive been struggling for half a year with my tounge getting a biofilm and generally looking disgusting. Mostly i think these last days respit been because of a humifier i bought which raised my dampness in the appartment air abit, aswell as me taking it abit easier and resting. But i instantly saw results today when i used this metal variant of a tounge scraper. I still dont know if its going to last, but as of only one session of this metal variant my tounge looks alot more healthier. Its abit harder to get to clean the very middle back of the tounge, but since you can squeeze this variant together and then raise the handle end higher you get to reach that part aswell acceptably well.

Overall, I think this is a good product to use. It is much more useful than a toothbrush, or even the plastic scraper on the back of some manual toothbrushes. It is definitely effective in clearing the rubbish off your tongue.However, the only flaw I had with this product is that the scraper can permanently bend quite easily, for example when I stretch the scraper out slightly to scrape all of my tongue, you have to manually bend it back into position.Despite this, I would recommend this product as it is useful in removing bacteria and rubbish from your tongue (much better than toothbrushes) however just be careful when bending/storing it.

Fantastic. Wasn't sure what to expect as I've never owned or used a tongue scraper before but now that I have I wouldn't want to be without it. Chose a copper one as it's a safe, biocompatible material which is easy to clean and will remain germ-free. This one from Arista appears to be a high quality item and is outstanding value for money (you recieve two, each with its own storage pouch). Have been using it for nearly a week now and although I didn't feel that I had a particluar probem I can honestly say that my tongue looks healthier by the day and my mouth feels great in the morning after using it. Thoroughly recommended.

I always brush my tongue with a standard toothbrush and some paste, after this I use the tongue scraper to scrape the residue off a few times. I do this until my tongue is dry and then I rinse and mouthwash after this.This order seems to be effective in fighting bad breath in the morning. You can also tongue scrape at any time in the day to combat bad breath continuously.The scraper is very easy to clean and use, it isn't sharp so it doesn't hurt and it's simple to use with one or two hands.It's great value and I would definitely recommend it to everyone as a new addition to your dental health routine

This is a really nicely designed tongue scraper, I like that it comes in a bag which protects it, especially from toilet flush germs (no I'm not putting it down the toilet!). Unfortunately I thought I was buying two of these as a number of the reviews and one of the questions ask how many you get and people who mentioned quantity said two. I was surprised when only one arrived. On checking the product details I realised I had missed that you had to tick a box to choose one or two. No explanatory booklet arrived and the details on the enclosed card that for the web download did not work.

I've had a yellow tongue for as long as I can remember, I just assumed that was how it looked. My partner advised I try one of these and after about 5 minutes of scraping my tongue was starting to look a natural, healthy colour.At first there was some slight bleeding, and pain on my tongue for a couple of days, but I'm putting this down to my excessive use in an attempt to really clean up my tongue.I just it about once a week now to stay on top of things, and have had pointed out to me that my breath seems less smelly throughout the day.

Cannot believe how good this works, and how inefficient brushing your tongue with a toothbrush is. The white coating on my tongue has drastically reduced since I started using it. For those that complain it discolours easy (you clearly don't know how copper reacts) - the instructions specifically state that you should dry properly immediately after use. And ALL real copper patinas with age, there are instructions provided with the product on how to get rid of the patina if you don't like it, or you can mix some lemon with water and clean.

It’s taken a bit of getting used to, as I previously cleaned my tongue with my toothbrush, but I am amazed at how much cleaner my whole mouth feels after using this product. As a few other reviews have said, I’d definitely recommend using this in the morning and afternoon rather than the evening as it can give you quite a dry mouth when using it just before bed, and it’s important to thoroughly clean and dry it after using, but I cannot fault this at all. I’ve even bought one for my brother for him to give it a gry

Not much to say about this really. Works exactly as you'd hope it too. Scrape your tongue after brushing and flossing (I scrape on an evening) and you're left with a clean feeling mouth. There's no horrible flavour that get rubbed off on your tongue and being a copper scraper its antibacterial so that's a plus. Really easy to clean after use and it comes with a nifty bag to keep it clean and store it away. Great product for the price and I recommend getting this over many other brands that you're seeing here.

I've never used one of these before but after a recent trip to the hygienist I was told it would help me clear the back of my mouth to help fight bad breath later in the day. I was a sceptic at first and wasn't too keen on trying out the plastic ones on the high street so decided to try these out as the reviews seemed to be good. After just two days of use I definitely feel the difference in my oral hygiene and have happily incorporated using this tongue cleaner in my daily routine.
