Excellent product. Does not need the 45 minutes soaking time as it makes it way too thick. Dog would not use until it had gone down quite considerably. Bought collar as well

Sadly, my greyhound refuses to use it BUT it is far better than any other I've tried and I'm now a big convert to the Aquacooler range.

Takes some hours to prepare (soak and allow to touch dry) but is still cool after 4 days in temperatures of +25c.
