I love it, it's easy to set up and navigate, the remote is really handy, I don't even use my tv remote no more. Yeah it has a couple issues, I'd say the the power cable could be longer and it has this wifi problem for me, on 2 devices it's happening so I don't know if it's my end but it'll be connected to the router but the actual wifi won't work. The small size means you can take it on the go wherever you go, so if you're going to a hotel or going to your grandma's house and she doesn't have all the subscriptions or a smart tv you know what to take with you to keep everyone entertained! Lol

I have 2 these as I have 2 4k TV's,very simple to Install and simple to use,add a vpn and you get Pluto tv American version it's free tv anyway, I was amazed at just how much free tv and movies are available using the Amazon silk browser,i was so impressed I bought a second one for my bedroom tv, if it has any faults it's the very small amount of memory and a very limited app store but there's a way around these things,all in all a great streamer at a very good price, great quality nothing really negative about it, I'm happy

Shipping was very fast, the product itself is absolutely fantastic, the latest 4k model is far faster than previous versions upon boot up. The only slight issue would be that the plug is American rather than a UK plug, but it is a USB plug anyway so it's very easy to replace, and the device can be used without a mains connection by simply plugging it into a your TV's USB port (but it is recommended to use mains as the power source for optimum performance). Great product and I'm incredibly happy with the purchase.

Purchased a fire stick, after a lot of decision making, and was looking forward to getting it set up, however after trying to set it up on the Samsung 4k smart TV in the lounge, it wasn't to be... It does work perfectly on the LG TV in the bedroom... Tried everything to set it up on the Samsung TV, but no luck... Looks like it will have to stay in the bedroom TV, pointless really... Has anyone any suggestions of how to get it to work on the Samsung...otherwise, looks like a new TV for the lounge....

We purchased the Amazon tv fire stick for a specific programme we wanted to see. It was SO simple to just insert into the back of the tv and opened up a whole new world of viewing. Not only Good Omens, the show we bought it to see, but also so many other unmissable Amazon exclusives were immediately ours. It comes with a small, neat remote. A huge added bonus..inserting the tv stick has incredibly and inexplicably solved the issue of our smart tv power cycling and taking a long time to come on?!

The best Amazon firestick so far it's so so fast and the volume feature is sooooo handy cause am constantly loosing remotes so having to keep two near me at a time is a task so love this new feature.. having one of these makes watching TV and films so much better than regular TV being able to download what ever apps a need and watch unlimited TV when ever a like makes life easier.. av got two kids so it's always cartoons on when there off school so a need my evenings to catch up on everything.

The product comes well packaged by an origami expert in the typical orange packaging from Apple branded tech.Inside the box batteries, remote, micro usb wire, 3pin UK plug, fire stick, HDMI to HDMI extension incase your hdmi slots have minimal room.I have first gen normal 2gen normal and this one. This is by far the better version. The device loads, responds and opens apps alot quicker. The interface easy to navigate with minor issues of advertising paid content not included in subscription

Comes with everything you need to get started. The little extension piece is excellent as it's enough to make sure the firestick will actually fit around the back in any of the HDMI slots. Very easy to set up & the remote syncs well. It's well designed with a round directional pad & ok button. Volume up down is great too. Such a compact design when we already have plenty remotes lying around in the house! Overall I cannot faulter the product except I could have done with a longer power cable.

Having bought the 4k Firestick as an ugrade to my old Firestick which I have used for many years, I was pleasantly surprised to find the difference between the two. The new 4k Firestick much faster and the quality of picture is much crisper and fresher than my old Firestick. With only having the use of one arm and hand, the Alexa voice control is a huge help to me and is a great new feature. If you are looking to upgrade and a bit unsure, I would recommend you do. You will not be disappointed.

An excellent piece of technology that can enhance any TV that its plugged into. The design is super compact and can be powered from a USB port on the same TV. The remote of the firestick easily detects what TV it is connected to, so that you can just use the single remote control if you choose. The processor speed of the firestick is super fast, so loading apps and selecting content is quick and easy. The 4K picture streams are amazing. Well worth the money. I bought two, I was so impressed.

2 years ago I needed to connect bedroom tv for online streaming& bought a Roku stick which was ok but slow & didn't always connect. Then 2 weeks ago, it suddenly stopped connecting to network& online said common fault& no known fix. So I purchase an Amazon Firestick & WOW what a difference! So easy to set up & I couldn't believe how fast it connected, the difference in 4k picture quality &sound on our 8 yr old Samsung TV is amazing. I nearly bought a new tv & so glad I didn't, very impressed!

The Firestick has kept us sane during the lockdown. It’s easy to use, responsive and intuitive. It’s not that much hassle to sign into Amazon and Netflix. The only quibble would be that if you ever have to reconnect to WIFI because you’ve lost connection it doesn’t always automatically remember the password.Remember there’s an adaptor if you can’t plug the Firestick straight into your HDMI port - it’s slightly too long for my model of TV for example.The picture quality has been excellent.

It's easy to set up (amazon account required) very fast and loads movies & shows real quick. It has plenty of on-demand apps including erosnow, iptv etc. Lots of stuff for kids to watch and play. We don't have sky tv or watch live tv so this is perfect for us. Only issue is, remote is small & black so keeps getting lost and buttons are too close to each other, so often when we want to press REVERSE we end up pressing the BACK button or home button instead of pause/play, which can be annoying.

The Amazon Firestick is fantastic, easy to setup & easy to use. I love the size of it, it’s well hidden & there’s not lots of wires. The remote is great, simple to use. The Alexa voice control is good, I don’t tend to use it that often. I’ve set up parental control on mine, so I know my little boy won’t be able to get on it! Lots of choice of apps, I use Netflix a lot & other apps like bbc iplayer & itvhub to catch up with lots of programmes. I use YouTube a lot to watch all the latest music.

Fire stick verses now TV stick. fire stick wins hands down. No problems at all, fabulous picture and sound quality. It remains connected constantly with the internet, the Amazon video subscription gives you more than just tv. There's always new programs and films added.I had the now TV subscription 6 months, nothing new on it, very limited. It was rife with performance problems, dropping off the internet, speach distortion or delay, lack of response from each replacement remote I had to buy.
