I have had every generation of fire device in both box and stick form but the extra speed and storage from this little cube make it worth the extra few quid in my opinion, the ui is so much slicker on the cube with no freezes, the remote more responsive and the ability to operate things hands free using Alexa voice control is addictive. For me the only downside is the sound quality from the cube isn’t amazing but if your not using it as full on speaker for your tv it’s not so important.

Its A great combination of the firestick & alexa echo all in 1 compact little glossy cube with a hdmi, ethernet & micro usb input..It also has an infa-red transmitter to controll external devices that are compatible making it have even more control over your smart gadgets. You can even link it to your smart security cameras allowing you to finally veiw them on your tv screen wich is an awesome feature.Plenty of streaming options too! :-)

If you are like me and love the latest in technology toys, then this is a very nice one for you. It is easy to setup, as we have come to expect of Amazon. I like the fact that I can tell Alexa to turn on the TV and start playing something as I walk into the room. Of course, it would be even better if Amazon could improve the selection available within their own offering, however, you have access to other platforms via this one as well.

The fire TV cube is the best streaming device I've had so far, and I've owned many.If you are an amazon Prime member, the set-up is very easy. All in all, this is a very good streaming player and entertainment system, and considering the additions comparable to the fire-stick, is good value for the cost, in my opinion. I would recommend the fire TV cube to people looking for an all round entertainment system.

This was bought as an xmas gift for my hubby,who is constantly missing placing the remote!!Its great to use sometimes due to it needing to be so close to the tv it can bot hear you over the tv itself,It was quite difficult to set up took us 30/45mins to get it all working,it also didnt come supplied with a HDMI lead which for the price you would of thought it would

The Fire Cube is a great device and looks really sleek too.Takes no time or effort at all to set up. Voice control is impressive even in a noisy room. No lag on exicuting commands you soon wonder how you managed before.Only very slight negative is that no HDMI cable included, most people have a spare cable laying around but would be annoying if you didn't.

Brilliant device as having a first gen firestick for years, upgrading to this was a luxury and no more lagging when moving around the home screen waiting for firestick to catch up with clicking.Also with Alexa built in can control other devices in my home as well as using to load apps on device.. Nice addition to the several Amazon devices I have.

I was initially disappointed with the Amazon Cube as it kept losing signal and momentarily showing a black screen.I then found that a ‘high speed’ HDMI cable was required when watching 4K material and this (cross fingers) seems to have done the trick.To be honest though for the extra cost it doesn’t seem to offer a lot more than Fire TV Stick.

Easy to set up and connect to devices. Recognised and controls my older Sony TV, cheap lg soundbar and even an old Hitachi DVR for on off, input switching and volume by remote or voice. Voice commands work well even from 4 metres away when TV is quite loud. Looks good but loves dust!

Very easy to set its a very fast and responsive box if you watch a lot of streaming sites like catch up tv etc its great and the fact you can control your tv, sound bar and even lights with your voice is a bonus but you need the right light blubs or switch's

Talking to a box never appealed to me, purchased for the 4K streaming, very impressive. But asking the box to play music, or find info on a subject could not be easier, enjoying every minute talking to my little box in the corner of the room.

if you like streaming on Netflix Amazon YouTube all the catch-up services you will love this it is very fast and responsive definitely I must buy control all your equipment like Xbox TVs AV receivers and much more absolutely love it

Love the Fire TV Cube. The picture and sound is crisp, easy to find what you want and install new apps. I like the ability to sync with my other Amazon devices and share from my phone. Fast and easy to use, I highly recommend.

A great tool for for controlling the TV and more plus has all the information to questions asked. set timers get the weather for your area and more a must have for any household and helpful for all the family.
