Well it couldn’t be much easier to assemble, I already had a house with a Hozelock connector so plugged that straight into the regulator then plugged that into the main until. The only negative is that the connection between the regulator and main until took some force and there was no click, like you’d get with Hozelock, so it’s not easy to tell that it’s fully on.The other issue I had initially is that I turned the regulator right up in an attempt to get a higher jet of water but this results in the pedal frequently staying down after being pressed, something I’d seen other customers mention, thinking they had faulty items. Beat that in mind if you experience this issue,

Great buy but our boxer pup is a little too young to grasp the concept yet we'll keep persevering though . It's also great if your on a water meter . He loves playing with the hose but this can not only be dangerous as they drink too much water which can be catastrophic (so be extremely careful when playing with hoses and dogs ie stagnant water left in pipes can be dangerous also and they can drown if taking in too much water ) Dogs should never be left alone playing with water and not for to long either Please be very careful and mindful with dogs and water I can't stress this enough.

Was both fun and frustration teaching my boxer to use this. First she went at it like a bull in a china shop and was batting it all over the show. I ended up pressing it every time she put her paw on it to show her. I wouldn’t press it if she was to rough. Then she slowly got it. Then she soon worked out that she had to keep her foot on it. Now she’s finally got I’ve had to disconnect it for today because she’ll drink till she pops she loves it that much.? Took a while and a bit of patience but well worth it.

You need to turn the tap on low to reduce the water flow so that it can be used a a water fountain or it just shoots a jet of water in to the air, great fun but not much use for a thirsty dog. Took around 2 weeks to teach my dog to use it and now he won't drink out of a bowl ??♀️.Bought this pedal as my dog is a mastiff and drool puddles around the water bowl were an issue.Very pleased with this fountain, my boy has access to fresh water all day long and no puddles of slime for me to clean up either!

The final owner of this water fountain acts like he isn't the sharpest tool in the box, but once he learned the pedal pressing ropes and stopped mashing his face into the pedal, it turns an average day into the BEST DAY EVER.This fountain isn't for a small dog and was purchased for a Leonberger (55kg+). Finally, I connected the hose pipe directly to the pedal unit as I couldn't get it to work properly with the pressure unit thing, (well I lost patience and dog was over keen to get going).

This product has got to be one of the best buys I have brought for my dog. It's easy to attach to any regular hose, and once hooked up your pet will have hours of fun. Water spray can depend on pressure, so we didnt use the white attachment that comes with the toy, just connected straight to the hose for much better results. So glad I brought this for my dog during the hot weather, he loves it!

Bought this for my friends little Welsh Terrier who loves to play with the hose. It took her five minutes to work it out but after that she absolutely loved it and played with it for hours. The fittings connected to the standard Hozelock no problem and the device worked without any issues. The only downside was the very muddy paws at the end of it :-) No problem recommending this product

Great idead and is quite sturdy. It is a little difficult for the dog (border collie) to activate it as it is quite stiff and becomes slippy on the pedal once wet. It is also incredibly light so she has taken to picking it up and biting it to make it work. I have had to glue a rubber mat on the pedal to make it less slippy and am trying to fathom a way to attach a base.

This is a great toy to keep the woof and children amused. My dog figured out how to use it within 5 minutes. There are two jet nozzles but the smaller one works best. The included 'power adjuster' is a waste of time, it just doesn't work. Connect your hose directly to the main unit and adjust the power with the tap.

This product is really thin and not durable if you have a biter. But, it actually squirts water really well. There's no instructions, you have to just figure it out on your own. Comes off of the hose very easily, so you can't leave your dog unattended with it, you have to stand by. Wastes a lot of water.

Still getting the dogs used to using it but it is a great idea for 24 hour access to greasy water. I leave my dogs outside in summer and the ducks like to paddle in their water bowl and they get knocked over - this is a great solution.

I though this might go higher than 7 - 8 inches but it is fine. Just need to get the dog to work it which I' m sure with a bit of training she'll manage. I would recommend this for any animal that likes the hose being splashed on them

One dog gets it, she even has to press it for the other one. Prob not suitable for small dogs. This is the second one we have had as the connector got loose. Left out in all weathers. Highly recommend if your dog can work it out.

I have a Newfoundland who loves water and loves this! He learned how to use it straight away. He is a big dog and would have liked the water to spray a bit higher and more powerful but overall good value for money.
