Hi I have been building armies and wargaming since the mid 70's but even before that in the early sixties I still remember the feeling of opening my first box of airfix german infantry. I loved those soldiers and still have some of the originals. More recently I began building a WWII Russian army. The first place I went to was Plastic soldier review on the web. I looked at the various russian infantry available and was pleased at the companies producing these little guys. I am using the FOW books to build my units, and found that six boxes of airfix infantry gave me the options I needed. This gave me the main infantry company and a heavy mortar support company, plus a two platoon machine gun company.
