I always loved skipping as a kid. So much fun and a great way to exercise so what better way to do it as an adult. The skipping rope was a little too long for me and bent because of the way it was tied but it worked great and it’s a great way to feel like a kid again while getting a work out in.

The handles are very comfortable and don't lose grip when sweating or hands are wet. The rope itself is quite long, I'm 5 ft 6 but it's manageable. If it does whip your legs it can be quite painful - more incentive to be a better skipper :-)Overall a good product from Adidas

it has a strong and heavy rope. The covered handles are anti-slip sponge ... is okayIn the box there were instructions to shorten it ... but suggestions on my part and that you need a sharp object to pull off the cap like in my picture

This is well-made... it's taken several months worth of use by my partner and I (well, my partner more than I) with it being used indoors and outdoors during our workouts. It's still going strong. If you need a rope, try this!

The handles are comfortable to grip and easy to grip hard. The rope cuts through the air at a scary velocity. This is a smart design and a great addition to your home gym.

Excellent quality speed rope - whips around light and speedy. The handles are cushioned and comfortable to hold. Excellent rope for the gym/boxing workouts etc.

Great speed rope that is resilient to all weather conditions. Rotates well and does not catch. Good length for all heights. Comfortable handles.

Good product and as described. Only wished the rope was more elastic but apart from that, pretty happy in the overall.

A little bit long though. I am 5ft 10.It would be good to have the option to make the rope shorter.

Just what I needed, good rope kind a long but you can adjust that but tieing one or two nots.
