I am slightly between an XL and XXL for most products - 39-40" waist.These fitted me perfectly. The styling is that they are slightly tighter fit than expected below the knee - but waist, bum and thighs were comfortable. I think the legs are tight because they are designed for sport and activity, not as lounging keep warm pants. There are long zips up the outside of the calf, but one zipped the fit tightly - probably ideal for cycling, with no flapping material.The material is a smooth apparently breathable fabric (not a regular fleecy tracksuit bottom) - some descriptions for this type of product does not seem to match what customers have written in reviews.I was very happy with these -I bought a couple of pairs and wear one pair around the house and the other for sport.

I bought more these because I got 1 at the moment and they are really comfortable to wear. These are top quality and they are really comfortable and I highly recommend them for the price. These are perfect for running, going to the gym, playing football, going to college and going for a walk etc. The quality and the price were so good I had to buy more.

These pants are superb I do a lot of football where it's playing or helping with a boys football team and these are great quality, comfortable and very easy to move about in?They do fit a little big so when I buy another pair I'd get the size down!

I bought them for my 11 years old son, they are slightly big, but it's fine; he is very tall for his age so he will be able to wear them in a few months. It arrived on time

Nice slim leg track suit pants, perfect fit which surprised me as most of the ones I tried on in certain sports shops, were way too long. Excellent

Lovely stripes; looks cool!Small size is ok for 32 inches waist, the inside leg is 30.5inches ( a bit longer than 29, that I expected)

I bought them for my son for a Christmas present. He loves them, they are good quality and a good price. I would recommend this item.

My original ones were getting a bit old and these new ones are just what I need. Good fit and will probably be easy to wash and dry.

Im a 34 waist ordered a size large a perfect fit and very comfortable for wearing at the gym. Zipped pockets are helpfull as well

Fantastic quality and very comfortable. They fit very well and are light enough for me to wear in both summer and winter.

Needed some non baggy long trousers for cycling in. These are a perfect fit. Comfortable and sleek on legs. Great stuff.
