Very good workmanship. Extremely resilient. Super sole, which almost sucks on the flatpedals. Sure-footed on stone, scree. Slippery when wet. Especially wet root system is to be avoided. My first couple has held for 2.5 years. Half a million altitude and depth meters. Exclusively in the mountains and exclusively on singletrack. I can hardly imagine anything better.

Have been using the Impact (Pro) series from Five Ten for many years. And I wasn't disappointed with this shoe either. I'm always thrilled by the grip on the platform pedals. Walking longer stretches in the shoes is absolutely no problem. The durability of the sole, even with "aggressive" pins, is awesome.

Heavy, stable shoe. Great grip on the foot and "katverschweißt" with the pedals.
