Our first review for this Kibble was nothing but full off praise and how this product is of such a high nutritionally content, whilst trumping most of its other competition, and how it even holds its own when compared to some Raw foods, with the likes of: allaboutdogfood.co.uk rating it at 94%, approx 3% behind its sister company's brand of Orijen, and that its up with the top Kibble available, when taking into consideration that this has the added bonus of weight control, again, probably the highest nutritional content and well balanced food you would want for your four legged friend; if they need control with their weight.Unfortunately,

I've been feeding my dogs Acana for years. Neither me nor my dogs have a preference for any specific flavour (not that I've tasted them) so I just buy whichever is cheaper at the time.I can only say positive things about Acana. Human-grade ingredients sourced locally from their region of Canada. No fillers and nothing imported from dubious countries. Nothing in the ingredients list that you need to be a chemist to understand, just proper food.If you're reading this and wondering whether Acana is worth the price - you MUST have a look at their feeding guides first. Thanks to the lack of indigestible filler ingredients, you feed smaller amounts of Acana than you would with supermarket brands.

A good food full of good ingredients, not as good as the brand's more expensive food, but a very good compromise if you can't afford the more expensive.You can tell by the smell that it's packed full of good foodsContains whole of prey meat, which includes organs and bones - full of nutrients and tasty for the dog.Freeze dried live is also included to make it taste good which may help picky eaters be tempted by it.Dog food advisor gives the whole brand 5 stars.My dogs love it, I alternate with the orijen more expensive brand to keep the cost down a bit.Can be used as treats as tasty and appropriate kibble size.Good sized kibble that slows my dogs eating down compared to other smaller ones.Product

i usually use the lamb one. but this one is a good addition to what you have and make it a bit more interesting to your dog! i use this dog food since over 5 years in every country i have lived in and my 5kg chihuahua is absolut enjoying it. the brakets are quite big but no problem. sometimes i soak it a bit in water as i think we have to optimise the waterintake when we feed dry food to our little ones <3

I have always given my two Mally’s Acana, and until recently it was Pacifica. But now the change was to weight manage, and very pleasantly surprising has been the instant acceptance by both, and without any upset tummies,.The two pass far less waste, are happily eating this product, AND the weight control is excellent.Highly recommended if seeking a satisfying food that also manages weight !

Excellent product for the price, I usually buy Orijin Fit and Trim which is the ultimate dog food for my Chihuahuas but I'm fed up if paying the top premium price for it. Decided I'd try the next best thing, not as excellent quality as Orijin, (I do taste the food) but my two Chihuahuas don't seem to know the difference, their bowls are quickly licked clean.

I bought this after some research as I needed a low fat grain free food for my mini schnauzer, he would eat anything to be honest but he has been so much healthier and no more tummy problems since eating this for the last few months, he didn't need to lose weight but it's easy to regulate the amount we feed him to keep him at the right weight. Recommended

High quality food that is pricey but you do know that it is highly nutritious. When making the food, Champion uses human grade produce and ingredients. Food is cooked at a temperature under 100 degrees Celsius. This food is a must for Miniature Schnauzers, a breed that can suffer from hyperlipaedemia - high cholesterol. Acana can prolong your dog’s life.

It's indeed a high quality product. Highly palatable . I am hopeful that it'll help keep my dogs fit. Weight management with Labradors can be a common issue.My only issue is with the seller who delayed the delivery and did not bother to intimate about the same. Very unprofessional conduct on the part of the seller!

Our labrador used itch a lot tried yumeega etc nothing worked then read about how a high protein diet could help, this food has a lot it! was on Hills science metabolic which was useless and no where as nutritional, dog no longer itches coat is healthy and enjoys it.

Vet advised me to put dog on diet, recommended Acana by pet specialist and my dog loves it. Although more expensive than other dog food it’s worth it. Will continue with it once he’s lost the necessary weight. Slight delay in delivery but not retailers fault.

The last time I bought this it was £51.99 which was expensive enough but kept my dog slim and fit. However the price is now ridiculous and I have changed to a cheaper light version, which my dog likes and is keeping him in shape.

My dog lost weight initially but none since. I am very sorry that after two messages to Acana via their website over last few weeks I have received no reply at all. I don't know whether or not to continue using it now.

My lab put on a few pounds with previous food. Splashed out on this. Never looked back. He is overall just more healthy. He enjoys his food. Excellent product.

Love this brand and this specific type - amazingly, it doesn't have a distinctive smell when you open the packet. Dogs love it.
