The is one beautifully crafted piece of kit. Everything about it is classy and reassuring and Amazon were first class suppliers! This lock was well packaged, came with two coded keys, one of which has a built-in light, a cover to keep the elements out of the key hole and a well made case to transport it in. It's pretty heavy and quite large so you wouldn't want to carry it around on you, but that's a quality I'm happy with in a disc lock. It only fits onto my own bike's brake disc one way and it took me a while to figure it out, but I discovered that I could attach it to the top of the disc which is a bit kinder on my back when putting it on and taking it off.

Overpriced at £70 in my opinion, therefore 1 less star. You are paying for the brand.Looks like a good enough secure lock as far as you can get in a practical enough size/ weight to carry around in. Fits on to my Yamaha ybr125 (2016) front break disk. Nice quality carry case comes with it. There is a tab to close the keyhole once you remove the key, possibly to reduce the risk of dirt/ rain getting in. A bit heavy, but that must reflect the quality (amount of metal used).Proof is if the bike isn't stolen. I wanted one of their better insurance approved locks but they were not tested for fitment on my bike according to Abus website, so settled for this one.

Anyone who wants to reduce the likelyhood of his pride and joy being stolen should own one of these. Well made, easy to use, and comes with a handy pouch. Quite heavy though but I guess it needs to be. It's slightly too bulky to fit anywhere under my seat - F650gs, which is a shame but other bikes may have slightly more space.Word of advice though, don't forget to take it off before obliviously slapping ur bike into 1st gear and trying to ride off like I did. It will ruin your front disc and caliper. That was an expensive mistake. Get a disc lock reminder cable!

I definitely would say this kind of lock would definitely make thiefs to look for easier targets. You can find sturdier locks, but the design of this lock makes it so impractical to attempt cutting it, and so risky since you could damage the brake disc. Very practical to carry around too and certainly less cumbersome than usual chain-locks.

bought this lock for yamaha fjr1300 ,great strong lock,highly visible,lock bike in garage with it on + abus chain lock to ground anchor(expensive bike) well worth the money. seen lock on other sites for a lot more,woudn,t be without it

This is a very well made product and will be very hard to remove from the disc. It is in the top Insurance rating (10-20) being rated at 16.This was purchased for my daughter and will probably buy one for myself too.

Bought to replace one I lost after more than 20 years brilliant service, so knew product, but didn't expect it to have case, light on one of the keys and anti theft warning strikers as a bonus. A nice surprise.

This is a great lock, well made and fits my Triumph Bobber front disc brake with no problems. Arrived ahead of date in good packaging can recommend this lock above others on the market.

Fits my Triumph Trophy well. I just need a longer reminder cable. One did not come with it , it did however have a strange reminder plastic over key system . I prefer a cable reminder.

This lock is excellent, I already knew this as I have one which I bought 15 years ago which is still going strong, I just needed another, would recommend to anyone, top quality.

Got this for my wifes bike and it is probably the best deterant on the market. I have had one for over 10years and it is still in perfect working order.

Best you can buy for a larger motorcycle. And this was the best price I could find too. This lock is reasonably portable and easy to fit, excellent.

A bit pricey but you get what you pay for. Comes with a key fob and carry case, fits nicely under the seat of my FZ6 Fazer when not in use.

Great product, well built but some what heavy to use for the purpose I bought it for. Certainly would consider their other products.
