Going along with the others here. What you get: A small folding board 25 x 25cm folded and 25 x 50cm open. 6 coloured marker pieces. 12 'Switch' cards. 12 'Pass' cards and two sets of double sided question cards. Plastic tubular stand up 5 second timer. Instructions. The game: Simply move 12 spaces from start to finish. You move if you can simply call out 3 somethings in 5 seconds. Each player takes it in turn to be asked a question. If they succeed, the next player answers the next question. If you fail, the next player gets to try and steal your move by calling out 3 in 5, (although they can't use anything already mentioned). This is the UK version so yes, even Corrie is included i.e.Name 3 Corrie characters......What's that? You've done it already? Ah well, that may be, but when those mini ball bearings are shooting down the helter skelter tube and the pressure is on, even naming three things beginning with the letter 'R' can be tricky. We played this for the first time on Christmas evening and were laughing as much at some very weird answers that came out as much as the inability of several family members to complete even the simplest question. Trust me, when you ask , 'Name 3 famous blonde female film stars and someone calls out Mahatma Ghandi, you know they've one, had too much sherry, or two, the pressure has got to them. There are two danger zones where if you fail at any stage to answer 3 in 5 you miss the next go.This is addictive, we even started just asking questions as a spot-quiz throughout the day. I can definitely also see this used in the summer as a BBQ or Beer Garden drinking game.Yes it can be over within twenty minutes, but you simply call that round one and do a best of challenge. You should be aware, this is a noisy game, as we found out after finally getting Jr to bed, we woke him twenty minutes later despite being at the other end of the house. When the pressure is on, you can wave any calmness goodbye.

One of the most funny and entertaining games around - don't take yourself too seriously. How the game is played:Its for 3 - 6 players *but you can add counters which we did for extra players and just got some paper to draw up a few extra cards for the extra players.Every man for themselves in this game! Each player has 5 seconds to answer a question for example 'name 3 yellow foods'. All questions ask you for 3 answers within 5 seconds and the 3rd answer is where you usually have trouble when the pressure is on! And it is amazing what you say under pressure! Its a fast paced game so make sure you are listening because if any of the answers are wrong, the time immediately starts with the next player who CAN NOT use any of the correct answers already given and if they can't give 3 correct answers it immediately goes on to the next player - and so on until back to the original player. There are both easy and hard questions and it has a very decent amount of questions to ask. We played 7 players and played it twice without using the same cards. Each player has two cards which allows them another question if they can't do the answer and two cards to throw the question to the next opponent in an instant! This adds to the fun. There are NO ANSWERS on the cards so you can't cheat so what we did find useful its to be able to use your phone to check the odd answer was correct or not and sometimes you have to vote if the answers are acceptable or not? But again this add's to the fun.Questions are quite diverse.Only down side i can find is there doesn't seem to be any other cards you can buy for the questions. Other than that this game is great!

Inside the box you'll find a playing board, category cards with box to keep them in, player pieces, timer and pass on and switch cards. As the name suggests, the aim of the game is to name 3 things in a certain category within the 5 second time limit. You may think that 5 seconds seems like a really long time but it’s really not when you get a tricky category or when someone has already said some of the easy answers. Play starts with one person and if they fail to answer within the 5 seconds, the same question goes to the next person but they cannot use the same answers! Whoever manages to answer correctly within 5 seconds gets to move forward on the game board. If no one answers in time then the original player gets to move forward on the game board. The aim of the game is to reach the end of the board first. So, just to give you an example of the categories you could be faced with, here are a few examples:Name 3 animals or birds with only 3 lettersName 3 bridges in the UKName 3 ways to stay warm in winterAs you can see, some categories are a lot easier than others. There are definitely some that I am going to get really stuck on and I think it’s going to be really fun to see what other family members come up with. I can’t wait to play this one at Christmas!

Great game which is simple enough for younger children to play. I bought this for my 8 & 9 year old and they think it's great. On the box it says for 3 - 6 players but 8 of us played it on Xmas day and it was fine, we just used 2 playing pieces from monopoly and it's great I don't think your limited to a set amount of players, and there are a lot of double sided question cards so your not asking the same questions over and over. The aim of the game is to answer your questions and move to the finish the first. There are 2 danger zones which when you land on these you have to answer three questions correctly to move on which is harder than it sounds! You have 5 seconds to answer your question which is timed with a helter skelter type timer which is really easy for kids to use.An example of some of the questions is: name three things you might drink out of or name three words that rhyme with last etc which sound dead easy but when youre put on the spot everything goes out of your mind and you just can't think of anything. Our family had a good laugh with players from 8 years to 81 years all getting involved and thoroughly enjoying it! It will definitely be used often.

This fast, often hilarious, game was a big hit this Christmas. It's simple to play and doesn't take long (10-30 minutes) but got everyone going - even the 'oldies'! Basically it's a 'name three things beginning with 'x' type game' but there are a few curve-balls thrown in (mischievous game designers?) For example, 'name three things you wouldn't tell your parents' which caused a few awkward moments! The game is a great leveler too in that even the most knowledgeable trivia-mad game-player will find themselves 'drying up' when faced with only five seconds to come up with an answer. So, easy to play, inclusive and a good laugh; you really can't go wrong with this. What's more there are plenty of question cards: we played it a good few times and didn't even open the second pack of questions. One word of warning though; things can get VERY raucous what with all the shouting, laughing and disagreements over acceptable answers and so on! Maybe not *quite* on the par of the great game '

I'm my opinion, how good a game is often depends on who you are playing with/against. With us, this game has always been great fun, especially after a few drinks as then you never know what answers you will get. It has a good mix of questions ranging from serious and more difficult (name 3 scientists) to ones that are silly and more fun (3 excuses for not doing your homework). But even easy ones become harder when you only have 5 seconds to answer and the timer is going. Which brings me on to the next thing, the timer. Rather than being a traditional sand timer it is actually a long spiral tube with ball bearings in, which take 5 seconds to helter skelter their way from top to bottom and seeing them whizz down easily puts pressure on.Overall a good game.If you are a family that is all serious and doesn't like to laugh or smile then try something like chess, but if you are quick thinkers, with a good sense of humour and like a laugh, then give it a go!

My family and I absolutely love this game! After seeing Ellen Degeneres playing this on her tv show, I went in search of the game so I could purchase it to play with family and friends. The rules are simple and easy to follow, even my 5 year old daughter has managed to join in although the age rating is 8+ there are over 700 questions so it's easy to find ones that are suitable for her to be able to answer. The box is well made and everything has a place to secure them safely away. Comes with question cards, switch and pass cards, a 5 second timer, playing board and 6 playing pieces. It's also proven great fun whilst hosting an adult get together, with fun and laughter all round.Great fun with a few glasses of wine :)

Simple game with simple premise, name three things on a given subject within five seconds. The lovely thing about this game is the whole family gets the rules within seconds, then under the time pressure you give the most ridiculous of answers. So the team decides if talcum powder is really a holiday essential, if bogies are really a foodstuff beginning with B and why nobody can name any famous English actors. The fun in the game is the interaction between players, that all ages from kids to grandparents can enjoy it immediately, and the great little five second timer (non battery) and the noises it makes.Simple to set up and put away, game lasts about half an hour, good price.

I bought this game after reading lots of reviews on Amazon. The bit that appealed to me the most was the fact that it was an interactive game that all ages would be able to play but still challenging. Oh how we have laughed playing this game. I often get it out when the grandparents come round so the age range playing is from 9 - 73. Everyone loves it. The rules are simple and it doesn't "go on forever". The favourite part of the game is the timer that makes a very funny noise when you turn it over which just adds to the fun factor. I would highly recommend this as a family game, you will have hours of fun and the rules are not complicated.

This is a very simple game in which you are given five seconds to come up with three answers in a particular category. It not only tests your general knowledge, it also makes you think quickly! There are no answers supplied, but most adults will have no difficulty coming up with the right answers - the question is, can you do it within five seconds? An easy way for children over eight to have fun and pick up useful bits of knowledge at the same time. Tip: If your players are struggling to think of the answers, you might like to wait a couple of seconds before starting the 'clock'!

If you want to get to your 'inner child' this is the game for you. My family and friends had a fab time playing this game over Easter; it is simiple yet challenging. We laughted at each others attempts to beat the '5 second' rule until our sides hurt and the challenges we had weighed off as easy often stummped us. If you want a fast fun and hilarious game then this is the one for you. Note all those who played the game over the Eastor weekend were over 25; everyone laughted a lot and asked to play it again, I do not think that there could be a higher recommendation than this,

The grandchildren love this game. The concept is very simple-you have to name three things from a subject on a card in 5 seconds. It has a timer that makes a noise when you turn it over.Although it serves no purpose it seems to set a mood. They don't play exactly according to the rules. There is a board to progress along & it all becomes complicated,so the board is done away with and adults and children just try to andswer in turn. With just the question cards and the timer it is a nice small game to take on holiday, and all ages can join in.

A really good game...glad I saw it advertised and was surprised that Amazon would ship it overseas. Not expensive but very entertaining. This was for a 9 year old boy and he enjoys it as much as we adults do. Plenty of spare question cards and instead of the usual sand timer it has an unusual one . The questions are multiple choice answers so a child can always guess if he doesn't know the answer which can be fun too. He enjoys this more than the junior Trivial Pursuit and it really fits his age group. We are all very pleased with it.

This provided a lot of giggles and frustration (if on the losing side!)over Christmas. It`s amazing how you know you can answer but can`t get it from your brain to your tongue in the 5 seconds it takes for the ball bearings to descend. The only "bad" thing I would say is the questions are not comparable in difficulty so some can be seen as advantageous because they`re easy, whilst others are much harder - need some sort of grading system perhaps, then you could choose a hard, medium or easy question.Really good fun.

This is the second time I've bought this game as a present, which I think says volumes about how much I like it! It's the perfect family/large gathering game, as the rules are simple enough to be explained in a few moments, so that you can immediately start playing. We had great fun playing this - although it is much harder than you think once the timer is going and the pressure is on! The timer is fantastic as well, just a bit different to other board games which gives it a unique twist and makes it memorable.
